Everything was wonderful, beautiful hotel! Accommodations, staff and local shops were all wonderful.

Ideal location to tour Venice. Bus service just outside hotel so it was easy to get to the city.

Property and room were run down with lots of wear and tear. The room wasn't cleaned properly. Breakfast was mediocre. Staff were very nice but it just wasn't the "collection" experience I expected.

My family and I stayed at NH Constanza at the end of August and had a lovely time. From the moment we arrived, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Yasin was helpful in directing us to the car park and helping us with our luggage to our room. His service was excellent! Thank you Yasin! Also we would like to say a huge thank you to Pol who was so welcoming and super helpful. He helped us with our queries and went above and beyond! :-) The room we had was clean and the service from house keeping was wonderful. A free 30 minute spa session was included in our stay everyday which was fantastic. We loved using the sauna and pool. The spa also offered facials and massages at an additional cost which was nice to have on offer. The hotel also has a small gym and a rooftop pool. Next door to the hotel is a mall with shops such as Cortefiel, Primark, Parfois and many more. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying here.

Un muy buen lugar para conocer Barcelona, a pesar de que muchas atracciones no están a pie el transporte está sumamente accesible y siendo una zona tranquila caminar se goza bastante bien. Wendy la recepcionista nos ayudó con nuestro problema de reservación súper eficiente!!!

Ficamos 2 noites no NH e tivemos uma experiência muito desagradável, chegamos somente à noite e o quarto não estava pronto, faltavam toalhas, copos…por atraso do aéreo estávamos sem às bagagens, solicitamos ajuda da recepcionista para falar com a Ibéria, tive que insistir mais de 4 X pois ela não queria realizar a ligação, depois me retornou com uma informação falsa de que as malas seriam entregues no hotel, mas como, se a companhia não tinha nossas informações? questionei isto e ela disse simplesmente: então ligue você. Inaceitável. Solicitei tb o upgrade de quarto, ela disse estar disponível por um custo extra, quando mencionei que tinha direito a upgrade sem custos devido minha reserva VIP, ela disse que não tinha mais quartos disponíveis, chequei on line e haviam quartos disponíveis. Na manhã seguinte acordei com uma barata na banheira. O quarto estava todo empoeirado, com abajour quebrado, parede sujas de café, copos sujos. O piso do banheiro é escorregadio, como o chuveiro é sem portas fica todo molhado e meu filho de 2 anos escorregou e bateu a cabeça e teve um corte. Solicitei gelo e levou mais de 30 min para chegar. O frigobar não foi reposto no dia seguinte, tivemos que pedir água e realizaram cobrança da mesma- sendo que estava inclusa na reserva. Em frente ao hotel tem um parquinho e acesso a um shopping o que é conveniente, porém está em obras e haviam RATOS enormes em circulação. Uma péssima experiência.

Although far from the center of town, this hotel have a wonderful quiet reprieve from the madness of Barcelona in August. I took public transportation everywhere, buses and metro nearby and very easy to use. The staff was so kind and helpful. The room was large and quiet, only thing the bathroom needed a little redo, but besides that I am so happy with my choice to stay here!!

Nice staff I should highlight that human touch and how they have handled a personal situación, I felt supported and guided.

L’hôtel et le personnel sont incroyables, la chambre est confortable avec toutes les aménités nécessaires. A 10 minutes du metro et 3 minutes du tram en plus d’avoir un bon centre commercial juste en face, cet hotel est excellent pour séjourner à Barcelone

Emplacement idéal près d un centre commercial et de restaurants très proche Petit déjeuner excellent Très propre , grande chambre Joli piscine un peu petite mais très pratique

La verdad en este viaje tenemos reservados varios hoteles NH … pero no creo volvamos a hacerlo… este es un hotel costoso… bien situado pero que atiende muy mal a los latinoamericanos… tuvimos pésima experiencia en el front desk con una persona que ni hablaba español
