欧纳奥坎纳达公寓式酒店

We arrived late to fine the hotel locked up. I had completed online checkin in advance and messaged via hotels.com to let them know we would be arriving late but not heard anything back. Hotels.com info stated reception until midnight and 24 hour assistance but at 2315 all locked up and dark. I called the number on hotels.com and got the ough to a central reservation number who were no help. I than called the 'only in emergency' number on the door and got a night porter who told us how to access the apartment. It was a little inconvenient but no harm done. The apartment was good. Good beds, hanging space and good in-room facilities. I liked it. It was clean and had outdoor furniture. We were ground floor and unfortunately didnt have a view but it was quiet and comfortable. Some rooms would have very nice views. The apartment was spacious as was the terrace. Breakfast was pretty good, the selection on the 'treat trolley' varied each day, fresh cookies, doughnuts and cava were what we experienced. The coffee was good. It was difficult to find somewhere to sit in the shade at peak breakfast time but we always managed in the end. Didn't use the pools but looked ok, we rented beach towels we went out for the day. Location is up a hill, we never struggled to find free parking. Overall, I liked it and would go again.

Location is good and staff is nice but not really helpful. 1. The smell coming from the shower in the main washroom was unbearable. You could smell it from a mile away. It smelled like dirty old water stuck in the pipes. We couldn’t even open the bathroom door to try and not let it out. 7 of us ended up having to share the small tiny bathroom downstairs. This issue was not new to them, they knew before we got there and still decided to rent the apartment. We complained multiple times and they send staff but with no resolution; the maintenance staff said we had to wait for the city to come clean the pipes and that could take months. 3. After all the inconvenience, we asked for a 1hr late check out (11am vs 10am like most hotels) and they refused because new guests were coming… so they were renting that apartment again, even knowing of the issues in the bathroom and horrible smell. 2. They wouldn’t give us more than 1 towel per person and were strict about it even when we kindly asked and could see a room FULL of towels by reception. 3. Requested a crib multiple times before arriving and it wasn’t there when we arrived. 4. Pool closes at 7pm while the sub goes down at 10pm. Breakfast is okay, for an extra fee. Pools are okay too. Amenities (garden area) are nice but there’s bird poop everywhere and they don’t seem to clean it (at least from what we saw after a week there).

Le personnel de l'hôtel est sympathique et professionnel cependant il n'y a pas de sauna comme annoncé sur la description et les navettes annoncées 24h/24h sont payantes au même titre que les Taxis. L'Hôtel est excentré, bien pour les séjours reposants mais si vous souhaitez voir le pays et la ville, il vous faudra de bonnes jambes ou prendre les navettes qui sont payantes.

If you want to have a holiday here at Easter be mindful that they don’t see it as a part of the main holiday season; more maintance season for them. Half way through our stay the bar was closed. We had areas of the pool sectioned off to paint the area. We had no notification. They had decided to renew all the sofa beds so there were numerous mountains of broken furniture everywhere. On our arrival they were asking €10 per day to park your car. A hidden charge that I didn’t appreciate. Given the location of the complex to amenities, this was unfair. Off site parking was then at a premium, and the grounds empty. I must be not the only one who thought the prices were unjust. But the rooms were clean, laundry renewed regularly. The size of accommodation is ideal.

L'adresse de l'hôtel donnée par Expedia n'était pas bonne donc trouver l'hôtel à été très compliqué. Concernant l'établissement, l'appartement était sympa mais de fortes odeurs de canalisation ont gâché un peu le séjour, également beaucoup de fourmies dans l'appartement. C'est bien dommage. Petit déjeuner buffet bien, dinner pas du tout. À côté de ça le personnel très gentil (spéciale dédicace à Amadou).

Sauberes, geräumiges Appartement mit Balkon und tollem Ausblick. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten und nettes Personal.

Wir hatten eine schöne, geräumige Ferienwohnung, die mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Luvly place. Friendly staff and clean.

Die Klima bzw. Heizung sollte kontrolliert werden. Denn wenn die Nachbarn kochen - zieht es den Geruch durch die Anlage in die eigene Wohnung an. Sonst super sauber und alles gut.

Das Personal war super freundlich

Unzumutbar. Wir haben uns von den guten Bewertungen täuschen lassen. Musste nach 1 Nacht umziehen. Appartments sind mit Schwarzschimmel belastet. In allen Wohnräumen, Schlafzimmern und Bädern Schimmel an Decken und Wänden. Schade um die Anlage. Völlig runtergekommen. Frühstück keinesfalls dazubuchen. Ei, Schinken und Würstchen teils verkrustet und verfärbt. Haben das Frühstück nicht mehr genutzt nach einem Tag.

++ la localisation proche d Alicia, ideale pour les familles, le personnel très agréable et souriant - - ATTENTION, les photos sont mensongères et le personnel le sait parfaitement. Les photos avec vue ne sont disponibles exclusivement que des villas 3 chambres (peu nombreuses) et en aucun cas des chambres doubles comme indiqué. Il s'agit d'une photo prise depuis la terrasse des villas qui sont utilisés pour faire la pub d' autres chambres. Le buffet est également de faible qualité mais c'est standard all' inclusive. Forte odeur de canalisation dans les villas. Mais celle ci sont très agréables au demeurant.
