Hotel que cumple con las expectativas, personal agradable y ubicación muy conveniente por proximidad con aeropuerto, centros comerciales y zona norte de Madrid.

Nos dieron una habitación con el aire acondicionado roto, ya que cada habitación tiene un aparato independiente, porque los pasillos no tienen aire, solo recepción, avisamos y una señora nos trato de imbeciles que ese rueido era normal, como si nunca hubieramos visto aire acondicionado, que ya pararia el ruido, la habitacion marcaba 29°, la habitacion era para 3 y el sofa cama que habia no estaba ni preparado como maca, ni sabanas, ni nada. Al rato eso no paraba, volvimos a quejarnos y que ahí no se podia dormir, al final nos cambiaron la habitación a duras penas porque estaba lleno. La otra habitación estaba mejor, la nevera estaba apagada y traimos insulinas y hasta que se enfrio la nevera tardo horas. Lo que pagamos por lo que ofrecen me carecio carisimo.

La ubicación es excelente, para poder desplazarte a Madrid o alrededores.

Very Nice Hotel. Television isn’t smart, all channels are in Spanish. Very boring for non Spanish speakers. The hotel is in outskirts of Madrid, hence not suitable for tourists who want to enjoy the city life of Madrid. Very cool and calm area. 3 Star xx

Very friendly and helpful staff, the room was clean and quiet.

Muy limpio. El parking un poco angosto. el aislamiento acústico un poco pobre. Perfecto para hacer noche antes de coger el avión.

Hotel ist super wenn man in der Nähe San Sebastián de los Reyes schlafen will, sehr gemütlich und bequem... Es ist auch sehr ruhig. In der Nähe gibt es keine richtige Cafeterias oder Restaurants, muss man weit laufen. Eine Bus Haltestelle in der Nähe, U-Bahn 15 MInuten entfern. Hotel ist renoviert, hat aber kleine Schwachstellen.

Reception was warm on arrival. However the room walls were paper thin. Very noisy over night from guests closing doors. Outside the hotel is like an amphitheatre so all conversations were projected upto the rooms. Did not sleep well at all. Other than that the breakfast was good and plentiful. Our prime reason for booking was the secure underground parking, however with an estate car, manoeuvring was very tight and slow. Do not think we will be staying here next year.

The customer service was outstanding. Nani was amazing making us feel at home and any of our questions were treated as a high priority. I would totally recommend this place thanks to its friendly and helpful staff. Same goes for the gentleman managing the breakfast, he was incredibly helpful. Also I think "Vivian" at reception was more than helpful printing some important documents. It feels like this hotel has some good staff that they really need to keep :)

Las chicas de recepción y los camareros de recepción muy simpáticos, pero pedí unas mantas y la primera noche no las conseguí, parece raro que se pidan... Sin embargo la habitación que nos tocó es heladora, porque los aislantes son malos; ventanas correderas sin persianas, por donde entra frío y los ruidos de los coches, con la sensación de estar abierta todo el día (o noche). Hay una luz en el baño que da calor, pero a cambio se oye un ruido que viene de la caja de luces que da mal rollo... Baño limpio pero mejorable y como teníamos 3 camas porque habíamos pedido habitación triple, al separarlas, vimos también el suelo que podía haber estado más limpio de pelusas... Las mantas que he comentado que pedimos no quisimos pensar mucho cómo estaban, porque nos dijeron que no las tenían muy accesibles por estar en un almacén.

night stop , Silva at the reception was excellent, hotel is dated , clean room , v noisy, Bed above average , breakfast i Ok, secure parking ..area is Ok but don't fee safe.

Tienen un problema bastante importante con la calefacción centralizada Hacia un calor tremendo y la directora no no dio la salucion, se lavó las manos y se fue

Mala experiencia, empezó a sonar la alarma de incendios a las 7:51 de la mañana y hasta las 8:19 no se apagó nos despertamos todos los huéspedes. Yo pagué una habitación para poder descansar y al final no pude.
