Centrally located but very noisy all night long. All night long! Garbage collection, restaurants and bars, and alleyways accentuate people talking, screaming, laughing and accordian playing, all until 6:00 am every morning for the two nights I stayed there. No air conditioning required open windows which made it even worse.

El lugar esta bien ubicado, las instalaciones se encuentran bien, lo único que realmente me molesto es que como es zona de bares y estos cierran a las 6am cada mañana nos despertaban azotando las cortinas de los bares, fue muy molesto no poder descansar.

La ubicación es excelente, la limpieza es buena. El baño muy incómodo por lo pequeño, el jabón que proveen está terrible, muy malo, pero bueno, compramos shampoo y listo. La atención del personal es nula. El teléfono para llamar a recepción no sirve o no contestan. Queríamos almohadas extra, ya que las que hay estaban muy incomodas y tuvimos que ir a pedirlas, nos dieron hasta el 3er dia. Un punto muy malo es que es terriblemente ruidoso. Imposible dormir

El hotel está ubicado muy cerca de la puerta del Sol, lo que hace que sea muy fácil acceder al metro y recorrer la ciudad con facilidad , también hay muchos lugares para comer y beber.
Le hace falta más limpieza sobre todo en la regadera.

The room was ok a bit small but clean. The check in process was good. There was a problem with loss of water after second day there. They offered to move us to another hotel affiliated with them, which was nearby but, only For one night and we had two more nights to go. But the water was fixed later the next day.
