外觀時尚，職員有禮, 早餐簡單還算可以.房間舒適各樣都很滿意

Staff are nice and helpful.

入住採自助check in ，但會有服務人員協助報到，很貼心，且入住還贈送一人一杯自選飲品，非常讚。 房間設計很新穎，空調、燈光、電視、窗廉皆可用平板控制，非常方便，且浴室燈光可調控不同顏色和亮度，只不過浴室設計為半透明，可看到剪影，很適合情侶，非常有情調，如果非情侶可能會很尷尬。 房間雙人床又大又很舒適，非常喜歡，只不過房間稍小，放兩個大行李就差不多滿了。 整體來說很喜歡，未來希望還有機會入住。

It is not clean enough. When I took a glass to drink water at the lounge, the glass had lip stick stains….

Front desk, restaurant, house keeping, etc everyone is very nice and attentive. Thank you for the effort, I have a pleasant stay!

It was nice to grab a bottle of water and an adult beverage from the bar and sit outside at the end of the evening to relax.

I always enjoy staying at Citizen M for my solo trips! This one is centrally located. Rooms were clean. Staff were extra friendly. The lobby was social during the evenings.

good hotel and clean

The room is very small and the bed is against the wall so one person has to climb over the other. The air conditioning was poor.it was clean though.

Não eh 4 estrelas de forma alguma. Eh um hostel melhorado. Banheiro minúsculo, impossível abrir a porta sem bater no vaso. Pia do banheiro miniscula no meio do quarto, cama de casal com lateral grudada na parede, somente dá para sair da cama por um lado! Meu marido teve que pular sobre mim na madrugada para ir ao banheiro!!

My stay at CitizenM Zurich was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel is modern, stylish, spotless, and in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the city. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was the staff. Every single team member I interacted with was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. They always greeted guests with a smile, were happy to answer questions, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Their positive attitude and attention to detail created such a warm and inviting atmosphere that it felt like being welcomed by friends rather than checking into a hotel. The rooms are smartly designed, the bed is extremely comfortable, and the technology throughout the hotel is intuitive and fun to use. Combined with the exceptional customer service, CitizenM Zurich offers a memorable experience that exceeds expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zurich. A special thank you to the amazing staff for making my trip so enjoyable. I will definitely be back!

Essa foi a segunda vez nos hospedando em um hotel da rede citizenM, e novamente foi uma ótima escolha. O quarto era super moderno, aconchegante e limpo. O café da manhã tinha opções variadas e tudo com muita qualidade. A localização do hotel era excelente, próxima da estação de trem para quem chega do aeroporto, e também perto das principais atrações de Zurique, então pudemos conhecer tudo caminhando. Definitivamente voltaremos a nos hospedar aqui em uma segunda vez em Zurique!

Adorable hotel in Zurich. Close to trams and walking distance from the train station Rooms were very clean, and staff was very helpful. Breakfast was worth the extra penny…so fresh and delicious. Only negative thing was the club music that lasted for hours. Other than that, I would stay here again.

From check in to check out the staff, facilities, amenities and location were excellent. Friendliness was the main theme. Each and every staff member was happy, gracious and enthusiastic about ensuring our stay was a success. Breakfast and dinner were great and the servers were top notch. Bar was fun with soccer matches on the TV. 5 star example of Swiss Efficiency and Hospitality. Happy Cows were an added bonus.
