外觀時尚，職員有禮, 早餐簡單還算可以.房間舒適各樣都很滿意

Staff are nice and helpful.

入住採自助check in ，但會有服務人員協助報到，很貼心，且入住還贈送一人一杯自選飲品，非常讚。 房間設計很新穎，空調、燈光、電視、窗廉皆可用平板控制，非常方便，且浴室燈光可調控不同顏色和亮度，只不過浴室設計為半透明，可看到剪影，很適合情侶，非常有情調，如果非情侶可能會很尷尬。 房間雙人床又大又很舒適，非常喜歡，只不過房間稍小，放兩個大行李就差不多滿了。 整體來說很喜歡，未來希望還有機會入住。

It is not clean enough. When I took a glass to drink water at the lounge, the glass had lip stick stains….

Front desk, restaurant, house keeping, etc everyone is very nice and attentive. Thank you for the effort, I have a pleasant stay!

Súper moderno el hotel, check in por medio de iPad, de todas formas habían chicos para ayudarte, la habitación moderna también se manejaba por un iPad, si no sé si personas mayores les gustaría eso o prefieren algo más clásico, desayuno de 10, cerca de todo caminado o en bus que estaba en la esquina, si lo que le faltó a mi gusto era aunque sea dos vasos y agua.

Surprised to not have any cups or glasses in the room and by the lack of hotel-specific information re on-site amenities. Very chic, modern hotel with wonderful public spaces.

Amazing hotel, very clean and cozy, good amenities, very close to major attractions. We didn't use any modes of transportation other than our feet (!).

We stayed for 1 night only in early January 2026. It is everything you expect of CitizenM as we have stayed in others and like the concept (for short stays). The breakfast was again excellent. This particular CitM seemed a little older than some others we’ve stayed in although was still clean.

I totally enjoyed my stay at citizenM! From the ease of checking in and friendly staff to the location and cleanliness, everything was perfect. I did an overnight to Zurich with a friend to celebrate her birthday and was very glad I chose here to stay. Checkin and recieveing your key was very easy and is done by you (unless you need assistance and they were happy to help). While not really huge, the rooms are so quaint and everything is operated by an ipad. The bigger plus, is it is walking distance to a lot (esp Zurich cental station). I would stay here again if I visited.

Check-in process which is actually an intelligence test (I probably failed). There is no reception desk, no staff to provide information. Very small and claustrophobic rooms, it is not even possible to open the windows and in any case the view is of a parking lot. There is no daily cleaning and in fact they skimped on everything they could save.

Great stuff. Breakfast was good. Location was convenient.

Hotel was in a nice location, quiet at night and close to a tram stop which made getting around quiet easy. Hotel staff was extremely friendly every time we needed something. We have stayed a citizen M before and that great experience gave us the confidence in booking them in Zürich. Would highly recommend.
