Very good hotel. Perfect location. Super clean. Friendly staff. The only thing I wish the room had was a coffee maker.

Being in the heart of Zurich near “old town” made it great. Great for walking, dining and tourism. The rooms are small but laid out well and with the big open lounging area’s down stairs it wasnt an issue at all.

The staff was friendly and guided through the check in process, the room was clean, bed was comfortable. It was a good stay

I mostly used this as a place to sleep but it seemed like a good place to also work if one needed. So my four star ratings are really only because I didn't have too much interaction with staff or amenities. The hotel is well located with plenty of things to walk to and a tram line right on the street. The only thing I would warn is that with a heavy bag it is something of a long walk to Zurich HB station. Of course if you want to do the tram system you can, but there is not a direct connection. This was the only inconvenience I found. That said, the walk is 10-15 minutes so if you are fit it is totally fine, and actually it is pleasant to walk along the Sihl River. The rooms are really cool and I rate it as one of the best I've stayed in recently, comfortable bed and the night shutters make it dark dark even in the middle of the day if you are the type that likes sleeping in darkness only. Really great! That said, once again, if you are a specific type of person that is a technophobe I would probably avoid. I'm sure you can interact with a clerk or concierge like any hotel if you seek that out but you need to seek it out. Everything is self-serve (including check-in/out) if you choose that. (there are people available to help, just to be clear, but you don't need to interact with anyone).

Great hotel, room was a little small but other than that it It was good hotel. I would stay there again if I was in the area.

Living room concept is extremely pleasant

Clean, modern hotel in a good location. Good basic breakfast. Rooms small but practical for a short break. Great design and cool lounge area for guests. Would stay in a Citizen M again.

Close to the train station and to the old town, near shops and restaurants. Check in and check out was a breeze. Great modern hotel rooms.

This might be my new favorite hotel chain. The atmosphere is great, the rooms are very thoughtful and functional, and the staff is super friendly. Highly recommended.
