Nice hotel in convenient location. Good breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

Liked the location. Did not like the smell in the lobby and was not impressed with the breakfast selection for the price.

Good location, hotel, room is clean, good size room, our room had the lake and swiss alps view which made it more memorable. We will definitely come back. Highly recimmended!

We booked the rooftop penthouse. Views were good but room was very dusty, old smelly carpets. No window blinds on bath room windows, fridge not working.

This hotel was amazing. We had originally booked a different hotel, which turned out to be completely misleading. After a stressful search for alternative accommodations, this hotel welcomed us right away and had a room ready almost immediately. While the room didn’t have a view, the location was perfect—within walking distance of everything we needed. The free Wi-Fi, delicious breakfast, and extremely comfortable bed made our stay even better. Although it was slightly on the pricier side, the quality and service made it well worth it. Highly recommend!

Very nice place.

Basic comfy single box room. Very welcoming and helpful staff, super convenient for the hostoric town and lake.

Had a lot of fun. The properly has old Swiss architecture that we absolutely loved. high quality upgraded beds and bathrooms that made the trip super comfortable.

This place was great as a solo traveler. Easy to find. Bus stop right out front that takes you directly to the train station, old quarter or Kriens to visit Mt. Pilatus. Great location. Clean and convenient!

Great hotel

Overall it was a decent experience only problem was noise there were some construction going on in a nearby building. Decent nevertheless

The room was modern and clean and the location was great. The only complaint was that the lobby and hallways (even on the 4th floor) smelled like cigarette smoke throughout the day. Thankfully the room did not.

We found the staff to be nice check in and check out. We’re very efficient. The breakfast was good. The room was comfortable and clean. I did have one major complaint with the Hotel and brought it up with management. They did say they are working on it. they have a smoking bar Off of the lobby, but the smoke does not stay contained to that area. The lobby smelled heavily of stale cigarette smoke, and the smell drifted all the way up to the fifth floor through the open stairwell when we would open our door cigarette smoke would fill our room until we could air it out as being somebody that does not smoke and does not have any smokers in my household and because of our state laws in California, my exposure to cigarette smoke is minimum so this was very annoying

Location is perfect, rooms renovated and comfortable.
