酒店设施比较老旧，没有空调只有电扇。就是位置好，离火车站6分钟路程，去景点，吃饭方便

Excellent!

The location is convenient as it just takes few minutes walk to train station and close to supermarket. The room is a bit small ( originally I book a twin room but turn out there are 3 beds in the room…)

The room is big. But there is a wide gap underneath the door of shower room and the floor fully get wet after a shower. The design of the shower glass is a big mistake

Although the boss and staff have good help, the room is noisy even closed all windows. The buffet breakfast are all cold cuts and few selections. Parking fee needed to pay CHF 30 per day is very expensive then other areas in Swiss I lived.

terrific location, good sized room and very helpful staff

We spent 4 nights at this hotel, having chosen it because of its proximity to the lake and the old town. While it's good in that respect, it unfortunately made for a very noisy stay, with traffic noise abating only slightly during the small hours. The glazing provides very poor sound insulation. The weather was very warm and it was stifling in the room, there being no air conditioning and the provided fan being noisy and innefective. So we never had a decent sleep. The room itself was clean and comfortable and we even had a narrow view, between streets, of the lake and mountains. There was no fridge, which we would have expected. There was no noise from adjacent rooms or in the corridor. The staff at Reception were very pleasant and helpful, those in the breakfast room less so; our request was either forgotten or ignored. Breakfast was adequate but rather boring and exactly the same each morning; not strictly true as there was no juice or fruit on our last day! Overall we were disappointed with our stay and found it very poor value for what was offered. We wouldn't recommend it.

Very close to everything Staff so kind

The location of the hotel is unbeatable- right in the center of old town with ready access to all modes of transportation Staff were very helpful especially Hussein who was very knowledgeable and helped us with trip planning They could do better with coffee and tra in the room though.

The property is excellent in location and cleanliness. Staff is helpful. The thing is needed is the air conditioner. Breakfast I don’t know we didn’t have it because we left for early flight.

Evanina Barnhardt was amazing at reception. So knowledgeable and helpful. Nice location near many restaurants and sights.

Great location

300 francs for a small room with no real air conditioning is downright obscene, especially during a small heatwave. Well, they put an ac tower in the room which spread lukewarm air but didn’t offer much relief. We were visited by a cockroach, too. A lot of construction is going on around the reception which might be why. The location close to the lake and the pedestrian street is definitely good, but don’t stay here during the summer months. And you shouldn’t pay more than 200 CHF for this hotel. We even had problems with the electricity here and there.

Close to the train station

Convenient location. Nice staff. An electric fan is provided which is helpful for hot weather. You should bring your hair dryer with you as the one provided is quite old... very old.

A localização é excelente, com fácil acesso aos principais pontos da cidade: comércio, serviços, restaurantes. Está a uma quadra da orla do Lago Lucerna e a menos de 500 metros do Rio Reuss, duas das inúmeras atrações da cidade. Quarto de solteiro bastante pequeno. Senti falta de um frigobar. O armário/guarda roupas também não era dos melhores. Sinto falta de gavetas, muito úteis para guardar as roupas e acessórios. O ponto de maior atenção é o café da manhã, bastante simples. O local estava em reformas, espero que seja para a melhoria deste quesito.
