酒店设施比较老旧，没有空调只有电扇。就是位置好，离火车站6分钟路程，去景点，吃饭方便

Excellent!

The location is convenient as it just takes few minutes walk to train station and close to supermarket. The room is a bit small ( originally I book a twin room but turn out there are 3 beds in the room…)

The room is big. But there is a wide gap underneath the door of shower room and the floor fully get wet after a shower. The design of the shower glass is a big mistake

酒店的位置一级棒， 干净整洁的房间， 尤其床很舒服。下次去琉森，还是住那里。

Although the boss and staff have good help, the room is noisy even closed all windows. The buffet breakfast are all cold cuts and few selections. Parking fee needed to pay CHF 30 per day is very expensive then other areas in Swiss I lived.

When I read previous reviews I thought they were referring to another hotel. I understand that Switzerland is very expensive and the location of the hotel is excellent. However, the hotel falls short. I was under the impression that climate control meant air-conditioning. I was wrong, the room was hot and there were no options to cool it but open a window to the loud street noise and traffic. The breakfast was disappointing. For two of the three days, there was no fruit, zero! Warm yoghurt, scrambled eggs like rubber, very limited options. Room cleaning was also not up to standard expected of a 4 star (mould in the shower). Staff were ok but no-one stood out. Its been a very long time since we stayed in a hotel without a fridge in the room. I could go on and on.

No temperature control. Hair dryer non-functional. NO PARKING AS ADVERTISED.

Uma grata surpresa!!! Atendimento excelente, quarto super confortável e excelente localização, com estacionamento ao lado. Volto com certeza!!!

Das Hotel ist an bester Lage, viele Dinge sind zu Fuss oder mit den ÖV super zu erreichen. Das Hotel selbst ist einwenig in die Jahre gekommen, die Zimmer sind klein und auch nicht besonders sauber geputzt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend, jedoch nicht sehr speziell gehalten. Das Personal hingegen ist wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit eine klare 10/10. Alles in allem für einen kurzen Aufenthalt mit wenig Ansprüchen sicherlich ok.

Ich habe ein Einzelzimmer gegen Alpenstrasse gehabt, 5 Stock. Leider ist es etwas laut, nächstes Mal bringe ich einfach Ohrenstöpsel mit. Ansonsten ein charmantes EZ, ich fand die Wanddekoration mit Rattan, Holz in türkis/graublau sehr schön. Zimmer sehr sauber, bequemes Bett, gute offen Garderobe mit vielen Ablageflächen (prima Idee!). Die Duschtür etwas unpraktisch (Tür öffnet sich auswärts--> viel Wasser gerät auf den Boden). Söder-Produkte für Körper & Haare sehr hochwertig.

Our room was so nice! Large and updated, with a view of the mountains. Don’t judge the hotel by the older lobby, it is a great place to stay in an excellent location. We walked with our luggage to and from the train station in 10min
