首先价格对比是最便宜的 ，通过好定网，提前全额支付房费，当天到店checkin非常快，服务员也很好，工作人员效率挺高

This is the best hotel I've experienced. The staff are particularly accommodating and learn guests' names, the grounds are within a peaceful green park, multiple restaurants with ambient settings, breakfast is superb, the rooms are extremely clean with excellent hot water, and the room patios have a nice view. Highly recommended.

Nothing special, but the security was over the top. I guess they had some VIPs in the hotel (no bodies fault really) but it was extremely inconveniencing. If I had not yet paid I would have definitely checked out early.

Very nice food keep it up

Staff were remarkable from check in to check out. My second time staying and I will always stay here when i come to Kampala. Generous of spirit and service. I felt welcomed and cared for the entire stay. Congrats!

Wow factor from the entrance to the checkout . Everything and more in place for my comfort,logistics and applications. The upmarket aspect of this whole hotel was sublime ...the way the media handked the whole recreational area outside the hotel as well as using its backdrop to host such an amazing moment in Ugandan Blu3 reunion . This ambient vivacoius beautifully decorated hotel was perfect for my stay and would reach out to anyone wanting a hotel with a solid foundational flooring woth no ceiling ...."the benchmark has been set here."

My experience with the staff is excellent. They know their job and they are very friendly. So generally, my experience with the staff from the reception to the breakfast, gym etc was excellent. The only bad experience was the noise I experienced the first night, Saturday the 17th. There was a live band that played till a few minutes after 11pm and they stopped the live band but continued with other music until I called for my room to be changed that night but there was no room available. I complained in the morning that I was disturbed from sleeping. Barnabas in the reception apologised profusely and promised to relocate me to the other wing of the building which he did and I slept better on Sunday night. Otherwise I really do not have much to complain about but to say that I had a great experience.

The hotel is showing its age. The service here is great and I would definitely stay here again. The food service in the lobby restaurant takes too long for a quick lunch in between meetings. Not sure why it takes so long. The rooms are very clean and they have a nice size desk to work at. The bathrooms at least my room did not have any hooks for hanging things and no counter space.

It is a first time experience and I would recommend it to others. The Gym was fantastic and staff very nice.
