Great location next to train station and downtown. Everything easily walkable. Family room was perfect for my family of four.

Nos encantó este hotel porque queda a solo unos pasos de la terminal central de Cardiff. Es muy céntrico. Todo lo hicimos caminando. Es un excelente punto para hospedarse, se los recomiendo. Estamos encantados. El personal es muy amable y atento.

Perfect overnight stay for show at Arena

This hotel has recently switched brands and there are (as to be expected) a couple of minor teething problems with systems. However the staff were brilliant at adjusting and managing these changes and I felt went above and beyond. Thank you! The rooms remain very comfortable. The hotel is in a great locatoon

Parking can be a nightmare. Small rooms but convenient. The rooms needed some TLC but otherwise ok nothing to shout about.

Hotel lovely for what we needed, room was very compact but clean. Very close to centre...great base! Staff very welcoming and friendly. Great value for money

Check in v busy and chaotic, not enough terminals

The visit was great as usual everything was excellent, i have never had any complaints with this hotel in12 visits

Budget hotel in central Cardiff, adjacent to the train station. Staff are lovely and beds are comfy. Convenient location and clean room and shower. Facilities are a bit old inside the rooms, with the shower door wobbly, can hear voices from those walking in the corridor outside the room, and the AC keeps giving errors and I need to press the button every time. One last thing, I had to look around for the hotel for some time as it was not clear the Sleeperz sign in the photos as it has changed name!

Just what I needed and very comfortable

From start to finish the staff were really helpful and friendly .. the location of the hotel is ideal for both railway and shopping both within a very short walk .. the rooms were very clean a good Samsung brand new Tv and shower had very good gel shampoo even had conditioner … but most of all the bed was very comfortable ..all in all this hotel very much deserves a 5 star rating

Absolutely fantastic experience! The location couldn’t be better. The hotel is directly next to the train station and right at the edge of town. We asked if we could check our bags with them, but they allowed us to check into our room early instead. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and despite being right by the train tracks, the rooms were well sound proofed. We loved having bunk beds for our kids. Such a great use of space, and they loved having their own reading lights. The breakfast was great and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. If we’re ever back in Cardiff, we will stay there again.
