Very helpful staff. Great stay. Would definitely stay again…… we went to watch Sub Focus at the Depot, great location for the event less than 5 mins in a taxi and the walk into town is literally across the road

The room was small but comfortable and service was good. Breakfast was excellent but the one lady on duty was overstretched - at least two were needed to clear tables, keep food and juices topped up etc.

The staff are lovely and welcoming! The hotel is convenient as its location is perfect, a short walk to the centre but also a short walk to the train station.
Room is very small so would only stay a short period of time.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times as location is super convenient next to train station and price is good but it’s really tired and rooms nearly always have issues. This time the curtain rail came off as I tried to draw the curtain. There was obviously a laundry room close by as all I could hear was the washing machine spinning all night and the bedding is really not very comfortable. I will stay again but it’s really nothing special.

Room very clean & adequately equipped… bed not very comfortable.
We had booked a twin room, not knowing that a twin room at this hotel meant “bunk beds” this should be made clearer on website. Our room was changed to a double on check-in
