Great location(1mt from cardiff central station, 5-10mts from city centre), great service, well-managed room condition, absoulutely recommend.

Very friendly staff, excellent customer service. Went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Given the size of the hotel, there was a decent amount of variety. Room was of good size. One downside, although there were lifts we had to use stairs to get to our room on the mezzanine floor. As we were travelling as a family with a child in a pram this became a little difficult.

Bra hotell med närhet till allt. På frukosten fanns en del att välja på, men inte min typ av frukost.

Good location

I wont moan about this hotel. For the price it is what it is- a bulk standard room, clinical but functional. Reception was ok the girl was happy enough, it just took a little while to check in. The hotel looks clean enough. The room smelt a little musty and is your basic very small hotel room. My erk is it advertised as a city view, hmm it was of the bus depot but i guess thats in the city!!. However for the price of £50 you cant moan. Tea coffee provided and a very small shower and toilet area. Air conditioning was excellent. Tv big enough and good amount of channels.

Compact and bijou but contained everything we needed for a perfect night away. Ideally situated, friendly staff and felt very safe.

Great hotel right in the heart of the Cardiff, modern ,clean, quiet,very comfortable double bed, excellent shower ,good size room ,safe area,easy key card entry into rooms.

We arrived early, before 10am, we were given a choice of floors, high or low, and the room was ready for us. The receptionist was very pleasant and made us feel welcome.

Valeu for money

Check in staff were great. I was allowed to my room early which was really appreciated.

It wasn’t the cleanest as there was a lot of crumbs on the floor and also, the fire alarm went off at 4am in the morning and woke me and probably all the other customers up, this morning went down to checkout and didn’t receive any apology for this happening and for causing distress from being woken up at 4am in the morning

Staff are Friendly and it's very easy to Book in and Check out. The rooms are clean and tidy you don't hear much noise from the other Guests who are staying there. All in all a very good place to stay

Efficient room - comfortable..

This may be the smallest room in the world. It isn’t possible to sit at the mini desk for example. Light pollution from outside light since the curtain is too small. Noise from other rooms incl doors slamming

Was satisfactory

The soap dispenser in the shower had run out, the light on the left of the bed didn't work, the shower temperature control was barely movable and the shower door didn't close properly. All were reported after my first night, nothing had been rectified by the second.

Hotel gelegen vlakbij Cardiff Central station en nabij veel restaurants, en op wandelafstand van het kasteel en centrum. Kamer was een beetje klein voor het bed, maar anders wel comfortabel als je alleen bent.
