Four Points Flex by Sheraton Cardiff

It is right next to the train station and on the way to St. Mary Street. The breakfast was good and the room was cool. All had nice views.

I believe we got downgraded from a superior room to a double room. The front desk called it an upgrade but we had a bad view and noise coming from outside our room at all times of the day and night

Our room for a one night stay over was comfortable and clean.

I did not have a good experience location is ok . Obviously they’re having problems with their pipes cause our room smelt like sewer. We had many problems that was just one.

Other lovely night away hotel is lovely clean great location

The hotel didn’t have any parallel single beds. Instead, it had bunk beds that were terribly difficult to climb. There was a huge spot of some disgusting stuff on the sheet. The door of the bathroom did not have any privacy and it screams like an old train at opening and closing. Very bad experience.

I have not had a great experience here. First of all they put me in a room that was down the basement. Maybe in England they sleep in basements but in Canada, we don’t generally especially in hotels. I complained profusely and finally they brought me up to the third floor. . After my three days was off, I went to the front desk and spoke to Jack who assured me, I could stay the same room for an extra night till I was leaving to go to Bath . As I was rushing out the door in the morning to catch the train that I had already bought a ticket for I just made sure everything was OK and they said no I had to move to another room, but that room was taken, but the day before I was assured that it was not a problem. . I was not very happy when I missed my train and wasted at least an hour of my holiday time. I then had to go upstairs and pack all my stuff and go into another room. The hotel certainly is not up to the standards of most Sheridans. I will include a picture of the towel after I wiped 2‘ x 2‘ spot and the great shower head .

Reception very helpful and allowed me to use the reception area as a place to listen to my goutube videos.

Welcoming .. Helpful… Friendly.. Room clean and adequate for 3 night stay.. Central for trains.. restaurants.. shops..

Excellent as always

Room was a lot bigger than i thought especially for the price, very friendly staff and room was very clean and a lter check out then i expected. Overall a great experience and will definitely be staying again

Great location next to train station and downtown. Everything easily walkable. Family room was perfect for my family of four.

Nos encantó este hotel porque queda a solo unos pasos de la terminal central de Cardiff. Es muy céntrico. Todo lo hicimos caminando. Es un excelente punto para hospedarse, se los recomiendo. Estamos encantados. El personal es muy amable y atento.

Perfect overnight stay for show at Arena

This hotel has recently switched brands and there are (as to be expected) a couple of minor teething problems with systems. However the staff were brilliant at adjusting and managing these changes and I felt went above and beyond. Thank you! The rooms remain very comfortable. The hotel is in a great locatoon

Parking can be a nightmare. Small rooms but convenient. The rooms needed some TLC but otherwise ok nothing to shout about.
