Very convenience place

1st off, it was a disabled room and there was no where to hang towels. Secondly, there were no toothbrushes nor tissues in our room and we had to ask for it. Thirdly, the exhaust in the bathroom was not working so we had to keep the door open to air out the humidity. We did ask for it to be looked at, however it did not look like anyone came over to diagnose and repair. Forth, we asked for new towels to be delivered to our room and we waited for an hour, decided to walk outside and the towels were just placed on the floor in the foyer, no knocks on the door to hand us the towel, nor to notify us it’s outside our room. These were supposed fresh towels to be used after showering, placed on a the the floor where people have potentially transferred outside bacterial matter from the soles of their shoes onto the flooring. Reception service was not too bad though.

Breakfast menu was fantastic. A highlight to start the day. All staff are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here. The view from 4th floor to the water was exactly what we wanted. Thank you.

I liked this hotel for location and roof top bar (and a pool). But if I visited again I’d probably book another hotel but same area. The rooms are not sound proofed at all and are very compact. Furniture is modern but too much of it given the size of the room. Sachet coffee and kettle, no pod machine! And no bins for recycling either. I could hear showers and toilets flushing from all sides loudly, along with residents in their rooms too around me. The shower is unique and a first for me, with a blind you could raise to make visible from bed. Not my taste and I thought tacky! Bars and restaurants below and all around, so not a peaceful hotel. I did advise when I checked out about room noise levels from other residents, but this is something the hotel can’t control.

Amazing river views great breakfast delivered to the room friendly staff definitely stay here again and recommend to others

Originally booked for 2 nights but we enjoyed the hotel so much we extended it for a further 4 nights.

Really helpful staff great location

We had a lovely room overlooking the Swan River and the hotel's location is perfect for the CBD with a large public car park at a discounted rate located just down the road. Rooftop pool was wonderful, too.
