Friendly staff

Property extremely dated, old and not maintained. Poor presentation, photos did not reflect our room. Wouldn't recommend staying here. No Wifi in rooms only in Reception.

Terribly outdated. Can be very noisy as well as we experienced. Towels etc were clean as well as the room but it looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 80s.

This was so disappointing. We booked for 2 nights but only stayed for one. The hotel is old, rundown and dirty. We pushed two beds together for a toddler so they wouldn’t fall out of bed and discovered empty bottles and takeaway food containers. The step in bath had a shower curtain and the force from the fan meant you couldn’t keep the curtain off you unless you put it outside the bath which would flood the floor. There was no window as out “2 bedroom” unit meant the single bed had the only window we had a skylight switch that didn’t work. If I was travelling alone there is no way I would have been comfortable accessing my room through a non existent security door up a stairway. You are paying for location and a carpark, nothing else. Don’t believe the photos. Never again.

Great location, staff very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, bedding clean, aircon good and pretty quiet. Good price for the location It is need of a spruce up The carpet was very shabby, curtains not on hooks, dirty marks on the walls and skirting boards. No bath mat or hair dryer.

Air conditioning fine

The room was clean ,it just needs a big refurbished .very close to many great restaurants. The walls are thin so you could the neighbours go to the toilet.

The lady that did check in was polite and friendly. Was very helpful in instructing me where I was staying and parking my etc. Parking spaces are tiny and it's also tricky with the support pillars. The room is tidy enough, though very dated. I had to run the hot water for a few minutes before it actually ran hot. I thought perhaps the taps had been incorrectly placed but it's just terrible hot water and no pressure. I could also hear the room next door dealing with their shower at 2am and that seemed to go on forever. It's ok for a night, but not an extended stay.

Room was not clean at all, carpet was worn through and the wall above the toilet roll had poo on it. Bed was very old and lumpy and the window onto the street had no lock .

Needed a good clean and the room was very tryed

I wouldn’t even let my dog stay at this motel! So dirty. The sheets and towels were clean. Left and booked another accommodation for the rest of my stay! Photos were taken 20 years ago!

room was well presented although bathroom was little outdated. Lack of wifi in room and needing to go to office for it was not satisfactory.

My room had seen better days, bed was comfortable. Bathroom ceiling light not working. Fridge old, missing shelf components. Needed defrosting. Ants on bench
