Our favourite place to stay when visiting Canberra. The staff are always lovely, the rooms are comfortable, and the amenities are excellent, particularly the library area for working and the hotel’s bike rental service. The location is fantastic — perfect for walking or cycling around the lake and just a short stroll from the restaurants at Kingston Foreshore

Got Übereats delivered and reception brought it to my door - brilliant. But, upon check in I wasn't told about communal areas available & couldn't find info on it in my room. Eg - there was an area on Level 5 which looked like it had snacks, but I didnt go in. Also - recommend checking the block out blinds work before bed. Mine didnt and on checkout I was told I should have said something during the night - but I was tired, in my pyjamas, why would I want a strange person in my room/have to get dressed again for something that was supposed to work?

Had to park in the “strictly no hotel guests” car park as there wasn’t enough spots in the allocated section. Had to walk over the road to an adjacent hotel for the breakfast every morning. Bedroom was very small, a bit Japanese-esk but Apart from that the bed was the most comfiest I have ever slept on.

Fantastic stay at Little National Canberra. Great room and common areas (library, lounge). The breakfast included at Ostani was great. Exceptional staff who acknowledged our Expedia VIP status the minute we booked the hotel.

Check in staff argued that breakfast was not included in my booking despite me showing reservation details from my phone. After some back and forth they admitted it was and that they were incorrect. They further insisted that breakfast was buffet only to which I again disputed and corrected them that à la carte has always been an option on my previous stays there to which they agreed and admitted that they had got that wrong aswell. Sour start to what was otherwise a great stay as always at the LNH Canberra.
