I liked the art room. The staffs were very nice and helpful. It rain in my stay period and the rain wet the floor of my room.

想延長住幾天,但收費太貴,應該優惠給予客戶。 參加一日遊收費AUD66 但沒有入動物園,和沙灘,只是路經, 實在有點被騙人的感覺。

The hotel location is good and convenience. But do not live in lower floor because when the truck stop by or passing by will be very noises.

Convenient location for me, and I've stayed here before, but the cleanliness wasn't up to scratch this time. There was mould in the shower recess.

Easy and uncomplicated place to stay. If the pillows were not so high and full, it would be perfect.

Carpet was wet and had stains. Not as clean in common areas as previous stay

Friendly helpful staff at check in. Mattress was too firm for our taste. Room was located near the elevator, so was a bit noisier than usual.

Excellent accommodation

There was some confusion over a cancelled booking - we were originally going to be staying longer but cancelled our booking and made a new booking after our plans changed. The staff member serving me seemed confused about this and it took another staff member to intervene to get it sorted out.

Easy check in, tidy rooms, air con on a hotter day. Excellent value in a great location.
