Novotel Perth Murray Street

Poor experience! We lost the phone inside the hotel, but nobody help us to find! On my I phone “find my phone”, still showing the phone located inside the hotel until 4:00pm!!! We lost the phone finally, very bad experience! Not recommended

I recently stayed at Novotel Perth Murray Street, and I can confidently say it was an excellent experience. The hotel's location was convenient, the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the staff provided exceptional service. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Perth.

地點是好的但是床太軟，枕頭超薄很難睡，廁所的水味道很重，空調一直很熱 唯一的好處就是離商場市區很近，走路三分鐘就能到，下次如果再到柏斯我會挑更好的不會再訂購這間

Room was clean but smelt stale, I assume due to the fact no windows can be opened. Staff were fantastic, extremely friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean .Bed and pillows were perfect, very comfortable. Only issue for us was beimg directly below the gym, going to sleep and waking up to weights being dropped was not relaxing.

Room nice & clean but the best experience was all the wonderful staff. Nothing was too much trouble.

Everyrthing, including breakfast was excellent. Thanks to the friendly stuff.

Pool was closed for at least 2 days which was a shame but we were allowed to go to their nearby hotel. Although that hotel didn't have pool showers so it was a wet walk back. Cleanliness of house keeping could be better. Noticed the floors weren't vacuumed and tea/coffee items weren't topped up two days in a row until we mentioned it and it was then promptly cleaned. Full marks for the breakfast buffet!

Great Stay overall

Safe and quiet street, breakfast was $25 pp, staff was really friendly and helpful. We will visit next time we’re in Perth.

Very loud constant humming from in room (TV unit?) Not the best sound-proofing either... You can hear anything dropped on floor from above. Gym was poor (cable functional trainer had no attachments). Breakfast was very good. But on checking-out they charged me for my stay even though I pre-booked via Expedia. This was enormously irritating and shouldn't have happened. I now have to wait for the reimbursement which ruins the rest of my holiday.

Overall very nice experience. I took two stars away from 5s because we could not access pool. If i knew the pool was under maintenance, I would not book this hotel for family staycation. The hotel directed me to another pool that is out of hotel, but it was too inconvenient and my kids did not want to go there. Otherwise I am vey happy witu everything else.

Room was good. Clean and had everything needed. Staff were helpful.

The man on Valet during our stay was so lovely and helpful. Always smiling! All staff were very polite and happy to assist. We had requested a room at the back of the Hotel and were given the perfect room 1108. Thank you!
