This was our fourth time at the Pavilion on Northbourne. It’s one of our favourite hotels. The staff are friendly & helpful. The beautiful atrium filled with live plants & trees are just amazing to look at, very resort-style. The bar & restaurant are a great place to relax at the end of the day.
Our apartment located in the second building was spacious, clean, and had the most comfortable bed, and fantastic shower. The ground-level free car park is a huge bonus. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel.

The Atrium was an excellent area to relax and meet up with friends for a drink before having dinner.
The room was very clean and comfortable.

The room was spacious we had a lounge and separate bedroom with ensuite. Breakfast was very good and plenty. We used the bar and had dinner there food was good just the pizza was disappointing, made on pre made base with few ingredients and over priced but the rest of the food was lovely. We’ve been before and will go again

The room felt muggy in spite of turning down the temperature and opening windows, we could not sleep. Soon after arrival there was loud drilling next door as they did repairs, then a strange man knocked on the door because he wanted to check our toilet for "stickers." The breakfast was a huge disappointment. We stayed here some years ago and remembered it as great but alas it is now the same wet eggs and soggy bacon you can get anywhere. The tiny area for the breakfast buffet felt crowded and not accessible friendly, ensuring that you had to weave between other guests to get a coffee or juice. Definitely not as good as it used to be.
