Schickes Hotel mit Zugang zum Hydepark in zentraler Lage. Der CheckIn verlief unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und gepflegt, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, leider von der Eingangstür sehr hellhörig. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr angenehm. Das Restaurant ist in Ordnung, die Preise sind angemessen, gleiches gilt für die Bar. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und lecker, einzig der Kaffeeservice könnte schneller sein. Der Poolbereich sowie die Duschen bräuchte dringend eine Grundreinigung und kleinere Reparaturen. Fitness ist ausreichend vorhanden. In Summe aber deutlich zu empfehlen.

設施跟位子交通都很棒！唯一缺點就是會說中文的服務人員幾乎沒有（可能只有一位）導致在溝通上有時候有點小問題，可能本身英文又不夠好，會聽不太懂他們的意思！例如：第一天check in 的時候他們有先預扣了我們信用卡金額1000澳幣，說是如果有其他的毀損或是room service 就會有charge產生，若是沒有的話等退房後七天就會退回，櫃檯說是1塊錢，但是刷卡簽單上顯示的是1000元，我回來台灣後越想越覺得不太對，會不會是他們刷錯了？囧這個不知道要怎麼辦？

Really good location in centre of city and close to major sites and stations. Ideal location. Hotel itself is clean, staff are lovely and breakfast well stocked. When I went they were upgrading lift and jacuzzi which meant there were delays but overall - a really good stay.
