All good other than my room closed to the lift so lot of noise. Otherwise it was good stay.

This hotel is excellent. Staff are friendly and attentive, lobby is lovely, rooms are excellent will all amenities within and big size. Bedding is super comfortable. This is one of the best hotels ive stayed in. Nothing to fault at all. Highly recommend.

Hotel was good but not great for a QT. That said it was decent value for money. Good beds and food but room overall is just not as refined as other QT hotels.

Room was a bit tired, whole in carpet and bed a bit saggy

Overall it was fine. The bathroom sink was clogged so water easily overflowed. We ordered buffet breakfast but when we got there, it wasn’t available and ended being off the menu.

Does not have the same vibe as other QT properties both in the aspect of room and especially with service that was lacking throughout the stay. Amenities and mini bar were not restocked over the 3 night stay. Staffing also seemed to be extremely minimal.

You can really see the age of the furnishings, and they lack the freshness you’d expect at this price point. Furthermore, the housekeeping service was only mediocre—it wasn't bad, but it lacked the thoroughness and attention to detail I expected. Breakfast: High quality, poor transparency The breakfast experience was the biggest disappointment, despite the food itself. On the positive side, the meals were delicious and beautifully presented. Qualitatively, the kitchen does a great job. However, I was disappointed to find no breakfast buffet; it was à la carte only. What bothered me most was the lack of transparency: additional drinks, such as a second coffee, were charged extra. This was never mentioned during the ordering process, making the extra costs an unpleasant surprise on the final bill. Summary: The food tastes good, but the lack of a buffet and the hidden charges for basic items like extra coffee—without any prior warning—felt like poor service. Combined with the aging rooms, it makes for a stay that doesn't quite live up to its potential.

Nice room with view towards the city. Very welcome chec-in & checkout. Very good dining in house. Would stay again. Also, offers loyalty discount.

Stay was Ok. Parking $45 a bit expensive compared to other places.

Great staff, very helpful and accommodating with a late checkout

Staff understood our issues and did what they could to sort them. NO VENTILATION in the bathroom!!! That is a health breach! Curtains falling off the rails and missing hooks, Not so bad. Air con was off or freezing, nothing in between possible The WORST was VERY LOUD PARTIES on NUMEROUS floors, noise travelling throughout the building, either this is a hotel catering for guests who want to chill out or its a party animal venue. You decide if you would stay there.

Ask no more than a comfortable bed, shower and tv options. Everything there after is user pay.

QT is a revamped Rydges Eaglehawk. The rooms and modernised and comfortable although our bathroom was showing signs of mould in the shower (that really just needed to be cleaned properly), Dyson hairdryers in-room was a nice touch as hotel hair dryers are usually rubbish. We had a room right right next to the lifts which was VERY noisy - it sounded like the light rail was right outside the door. The underground carpark is super low (1.9~ metres absolutely maximum) and they don’t give you any notice of this upon check-in (nor is it well sign posted as you enter). The $35 per night charge is a bit rich for Canberra (Sydney pricing) but with the roadworks around the on street options were a bit limited close by. London Cct is chaos with all the infrastructure works to put in the light rail extension & this also affects pedestrian access. We were in town to go to the theatre and what should’ve taken 15min to walk was more like 25min. Would stay again at QT as the room rate was pretty good
