Wifi for gamers was excellent

Bathroom was disgusting. Mould around shower screen and soap scum in the shower soap holder. Room carpet was covered in stains. Staff were generally very nice and polite

Generally we loved our two night stay in the Deluxe Ocean View Hotel Room. The good: Pool - The pool area is so lovely and well kept. We didn’t get to swim, but we sat on sun lounges and enjoyed the people watching and the sun. The pool is heated and others seemed to be enjoying the water. Staff - all the staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful. Location - 1min walk to the beach was great! The 4min walk to cafes across the road was perfect. We drove north to the surf club night 1 and south to an Italian restaurant night 2. Both were close and easy to get to. The view from our balcony was spectacular and really made the trip. Parking - loved the free onsite parking. We stayed on a Thu and Fri night so didn’t have an issue finding a park. Spa - Soul Ocean Spa is located next to the pool. We booked in for some treatments and it was possibly the best massage I’ve ever had. We loved being able to just walk back to our room afterwards and not have to drive and lose all our relaxation in the traffic. Bad: The room really wasn’t clean enough. I had to use wipes to clean the glass top of the bedside table which had sticky smudges on it, and so did the bathroom vanity. Which made me wary about how clean the rest of the room was, so we cleaned other surfaces too. The toilet wasn’t flushing properly and on the last night it leaked from the large waste pipe at the back which went all over the tiles. But I will still give it 8/10 and would go back again!

Friendly staff, gym, beautiful pool area, restaurant on site. Only complaints were broken hair dryer and no complimentary coffee.

Terrific stay and a wonderful meal as well

Had a 2 bedroom apt. Room was spacious and modern. Comfy beds and facilities all worked well. Lots of noise around with the main road there, You can hear the neighbours tv quite easily for example but don’t let that put you off. This is a great place to stay. Great pool and the beach is beautiful.

Great location. Easy beach access and that’s pretty much it! Resort is so run down. The foyers were always dirty. Gardens not maintained. The rooms had holes in walls, dirty under the beds, furniture was so old and chipping away. Barely any kitchen utensils or cooking items but advertises as full kitchen. Curtains were mouldy and had holes in them.

We have stayed here many times over the years. It’s an affordable and well positioned apartment. This particular apartment (in North Tower) was less appointed than previous ones (closer to water). We had to purchase cookware suitable for an induction cooktop and we juggled things for serving and crockery as unfortunately no full set. The rooftop flooring was run down and a little dangerous. The bathrooms were clean, the laundry nice and the bedrooms very comfortable.

Better than we expected, beautiful big apartment. Well stocked with plates and beach towels. Beautiful view and pool and great beach access.

Easy access, beach a short walk

Bathroom shower leaked water had to ise the towels every time we had a shower only 2 sachets of coffee for a weekend stay carpets were stained and bubbled

Staff were all friendly. Jo in the function room went above and beyond in lokking after us forf the conference. a few small maintenance items need to be done but overall a good stay. Food was great and plentiful.
