Soho Brisbane

I stayed there for three days, bou on second day, no room make up, so I need to ask shampoo, body wash and towels. That was bad experience.

酒店不是24小时服务，没有电梯，但是小阳台我很喜欢。 由于退房那天是1月1日，酒店中午12点就开始放假了，而我们的航班是晚上的，需要寄存行李，当时非常着急。最后前台小姐还是让我们寄存了行李然后特意找了同事在第二天过来帮我们提取行李。这个举动很感激，服务很好。谢谢！

酒店位於小山坡上，如選擇乘坐鐵路的旅客要住意，要把行李推上山坡。Reception 不是24小時，要留意，但工作人員也很詳細地說明可以怎樣做，例如早退房可以把鎖匙放在房間桌上。

不推薦，車位非常不足，附近停車費非常昂貴，房間小，隔音差，沒有電梯，喜歡搬行李當運動的朋友很適合入住。

Really good value but the beds are pretty hard.

Check in was okay, room was very clean and serviced to our requirements. We’ve stayed before and will stay in the future.

You must bear in my this property is on a steep hill. There is also no lift. The technology is very outdated as you need an actual key get in and out of the building. The positive was there was a laundry room but it is in the parking lot and you do need the key front reception each time to unlock and relock between dryer and washers. Room is clean and air con works so can’t complain about the rooms

Room was very clean and bed comfortable. Only downside is no lift.

On arrival we were given keys to a room with a mouldy ceiling. We were given a different room. The room is very small, doesn’t include a safe as stated on Expedia or a restaurant as stated on Expedia.

No lift and I was staying on the fourth floor. Had to lug heavy suitcases up all those stairs. The hotel is also on top of a hill from the railway station so had to do that as well. This info should be in the website or mentioned when you book.

A budget option close to the city centre. A small room with comfortable bed and everything you need. Kettle basic coffee. Tv. Little balcony and chairs with soarse city views. If it summer or hot or will need the aircon and they are oldstylw box type in window, so works but noisy. I would stay again if the price was low enough but not for a special occasions

Room was ready yet got to motel at 3.20pm checkin was 2pm and bathroom wasnt cleaned, dirty coffee cup n saucer, n chipped n tv channel 7 couldnt watch it shocking

Didnt require laundry.. shops mostly were closed by the time I completed my medical appointment. Parking is terrible only have around 9 spaces which suit small cars and tight fit. AC is loud .. had little to no sleep not recommended for for multiple nights. checkin was 2pm had to wait till 2:35pm

Large stuff around at the beginning when there was no parking and we were given a key to a room already occupied. Once in a as a good simple stay. Small room that suited our needs.

Lets start off by saying that I was booked at the SOHO then got a free upgrade to The Mercure Hotel which apparently are owned by the same company as SOHO. So this review is for that it was a very clean hotel, staff were friendly and lovely room and bed. Would recommend.

Yes the room was very clean & staff excellent. My only complaint being there wasn’t a lift.

We booked here for 1 night to be able to walk to Suncorp stadium as the hotel stated they were close, (roughly a 29 minute minute ) so not that close… advertising was misleading in the sense that they advertised free onsite parking.. ( however there are only 6-8 car spaces available in total for the entire building so we had no-where to park the car. The property advertised itself as having a restaurant and bar… it did not. The room was tiny and basic but the bathroom had holes / water damage and paint peeling off all the walls ( as per photos), if you have large suitcases you have to carry them up each set of staircases as there is no lift in the building.

Very small room for a twin. And needing a refurbish. Nowhere to store luggage except on the floor. Not much onsite parking.
