Great location out of cbd. Large club next door and only 7 minutes drive from John Hunter Hosp. Really good breakfast buffet

All great but lift only one lift working so was a long wait for guests to get to their rooms

The girl who checked us in was lovely. The pools are great. Car park good. Great that the Wests club is attached, with many dining options

Great property for the price. Plenty of food options nearby. Parking was under the building - not immediately obvious but easy to find after checking in. Would definitely stay again.

When we first arrived in our room, we couldn't even open the sliding door to see the pool area (glimpses of it) and the flyscreen was ripped. I went downstairs to Reception and let them know about the damaged doors. The lady was polite and put us into another room. However, the glass door was again in need of repair. We couldn't be bothered going back to reception. The spa was out of action as it was getting repaired. We were looking forward to using that amenity. Lastly, we couldn't get to sleep on the Saturday night due to all of the noise by a group of young adults screaming and carrying on. As we had to leave by 4am the next day for a long travel home, we really were struggling to find anything good with our stay. We had stayed there a few times before but this is the last time we are going back.

Great place to stay has everything you need

Room was dated but ok for the cost. Staff, especially front desk, really unhelpful and seemed to delight in telling you they couldn’t do something rather than help.

Didnt use pool. Room was so noisy with traffic noise we found it hard to sleep. Only light curtains on windows and room was right at back of hotel close to a main road.

Room was nice and roomy Sheets clean and bathroom was spacious. Staff accommodating when we had an extra person We will definitely stay here again if the need arises 😀 Air con not working and asked for it to be fixed which it was cooler but a bit rattly Shame their isn’t a small flyer to tell you where shops are and about the club as not everyone relies on the phone I.e us oldies and county bumpkins

Beautiful location, comfortable beds, large room and delicious food.

They could tell you when booking that they were renovating. They could also give you a club card to use in the club to obtain club prices. I could have saved a bit if they had done this (or at least informed me of the savings.)
