It was just the right spot in Newcastle for where I needed it be

The time at West Executive was comfortable, we enjoyed the room as it was quiet to sleep at night and the view over the balcony was good. It was a good night stay.

Great facilities, lovely staff and the pool/ spa was a great addition to the stay The whole family loved the experience and we will stay again when in Newcastle

Quite and peacefull

I like staying here. Access to the clubs for meals is great. It is centrally located and close to shops and transport

I was disappointed the halls could echo and u could hear children upstairs running around and making lots of noise

The first room offered was quite dark as was on the road side of the property amongst many trees and on the ground floor. We were then offered a room on the third floor as it gained more natural light. Room was a little tired but clean. Great dining options being part of Wests. Staff helpful and friendly. Will stay again

Great place for one night and the coffee machine was a nice treat. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Spa and pool operates 7 am to 7 pm which is good. Convenient location. Room space is not enough. Not suitable for the people who expects 5 star hotel environment.

Inspite of our repeated request, internet wasn't fixed . Had no internet access at all. The staff in the dining area wasn't friendly. As a result, we checked out one day before.

In average

We have been to that property before and it is normally great. Room was not very nice relative to the other rooms we have stayed in. No extra pillows available, had to ask for extra towels for the four of us. Air conditioning unit also didn’t work very well. For the price paid (acknowledging it’s a holiday period) we expected more from the property.

Very nice hotel. However it was slightly tricky to find reception , swimming pool from car park and my room. I wish we had more clear signs.

Quiet and comfortable

Clean room. Friendly staff. Bed comfortable enough - I prefer my mattress and pillows on the firmer side and NO accommodation I had been to had this, so the bed is either not comfortable or comfortable enough to me. Wish there were free water bottles and toiletries in room. Gym - for a gym where you pay membership for, I was expecting a lot more equipments (e.g. trap bar, hyperextension)😅 and newer machines (the weight plates and big DBs were quite old). But you'd still be able to train a lot more than most hotel gyms - there are 2 squat racks, 1 smith machine, 2 cable machines, legs extension and curls machines. Can't remember whether there was a bench press, but you'd be able to do it at the squat rack if you wish.
