It is probably the WORST 4-star hotel that I have ever been to. The staff on the night shift was awfully rude - they would tease at you and offer unhelpful opinions. This hotel only provides one bottle of water per stay - it means if you stay in the same room for two days - you would still only get one bottle of water of 300ml. The rooms were dated and dirty. Some of the facilities obviously need some maintenance. The gym was so tiny and the breakfast was not a buffet style.

The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to look after us through out our stay.

Staff were amazing, our chrome cast wasn’t working and the team upgraded our room will definitely stay again

Amazing view from the room and top floor restaurant. Quite spacious room with living area and a balcony.

Comfortable room with spacious balcony. Guest laundry in the basement was free to use with laundry powder supplied. Gym had good cardio equipment but few weights, made good use of a small space. Would definitely stay here again.

All staff were friendly & helpful, the rooftop cafe & bar has nice relaxed vibes & is perfect for watching the sunset. The hotel is also easy walking distance to the city.

Great hotel but you need to walk to get to bus or water taxi. Other than that you have to use Uber or taxi.

The bed was amazing that would have to be the best sleep I have had in a long time the room was clean, the staff that I was dealing with when I checked in were very helpful and trying to get me in to my room great location and most of all the late check out without any fees will most likely be my stop over place when I’m in Brisbane

This is our favourite hotel in Brisbane. This time we stayed in a balcony room with a view of the river. As always, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Renovations are taking place in the restaurant downstairs, but this did not affect our stay at all as food and drinks were still being served on the top floor Eagles nest. We love that the area around the hotel is quieter than in the city, but it's just an easy walk over the new bridge to everything Brisbane has to offer. Disappointed that car parking is now charged but do understand that this may be necessary.
