飯店的位置很方便, 室內空間寬敞且傢電齊全, 洗衣機及洗碗機都有提供洗衣粉等等, 有任何需要都可以再跟飯店人員聯絡.
整體我是非常喜歡！
只是有幾個缺點如下:
我們是選有包打掃的房租, 但有時候沒有舖床或補備品, 2間浴室其中一間的抽風機應該是壞掉, 有反應給飯店但可能沒辦法馬上修理, 浴室洗澡的水量相對較小, 但還可以接受.
我會推薦來墨爾本玩的朋友來住的

房間十分舒適闊落、廚房設備應有盡有及十分整潔。酒店亦有不同的設施（如暖水游泳池及GYM ROOM）。附近有不同的餐廳及便利店，十分方便，同時，鄰近賭場及OUTLET。唯一不便的是距離FREE TRAM ZONE 及市中心則較遠，需要走10-15分鐘。整體而言，十分滿意酒店的服務及設施。

Convenient to walk to the free tram station. Very close to Southgate. My room is extremely nice and wide. Incredible living environment. I will definitely come back if I visit Melbourne again.
