The staff is super friendly and amazing! They were quick to answer questions & provide us with alternative suggestions if we were hitting road blocks regarding our itinerary. They were quick to accommodate and resolve any issue that came up. I would highly recommend this hotel to all travelers seeking a beautiful hotel at a great price. My only critique is the air conditioning is not turned on until hot weather is consistent. I tend to run a little on the warm side & immediately tried to turn on the air. For fear something was broken I let the concierge know the AC wasn't working, they explained it isn't turned on until warmer weather is regular. So just know this ahead of time. This was a minor issue. We slept with the windows open at night, the traffic does get loud if you have a street view in the early morning hours & we had to close it via noise. But if you have a courtyard view I assume the noise would be much less of an issue. The restaurant has a wonderful buffet in the morning. I'm not a breakfast eater but we did partake one morning. Everything tasted AMAZING!!! If you love a good hearty breakfast you should try it. I made up for what I didn't eat with cappuccino. There is no rush to hurry to finish your food. DO NOT take your phone in unless you put it on SILENT! The people eating are there to socialize and enjoy their food. (Tip for Americans who can't seem to part with devices).

服務人員到房間整潔，都很好，客房內還準備了三層點心盤，讓人好開心，牆壁上的掛飾還有兩顆蘋果，不過……點心籃的最上層是芥末口味的脆果子，太辣了……還有蘋果有一顆的鮮脆度不太夠……，早餐餐廳的菜色好，還有寬敞度是一般飯店少見的大哦！

Nice property and we had no issues checking in shortly after midnight. Staff was always nice. Room cleaning occurs every few days but you can easily request it earlier with a QR code found in the room. Only complaint is that the AC hardly worked and we were very warm even though it was April. Made it difficult to sleep some nights. Also, there is only a 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner offered - just a heads up.

Zimmer war um 15 Uhr bei der Anreise nicht fertig, erst eine Stunde später. Es hat bis 18 Uhr gedauert bis ein Zusatzbett am Zimmer war, wurde vorher schriftlich angekündigt beim Einchecken nochmal darauf hingewiesen und dann um am späten Nachmittag nochmals darauf hingewiesen. Personal war mehr wie nur überfordert. Empfehlenswert war das Restaurant, Personal hat sich zwar hier auch versteckt, jedoch Essen und Getränke waren sehr gut und Preislich okay.

Zimmerreinigung kann nur über eine App am Vortag gebucht werden. Die erste Buchung kam nicht, am nächsten Tag kam sie dann. Obwohl Duschmittel leer war und entsprechend hingestellt wurde, wurde es nicht aufgefgüllt. Auch wurde die ganze Woche 2x das Zimmer gereinigt, aber nie gestaubsaugt. War sehr voll über Ostern, dementsprechend das Frühstücksbuffet überlaufen. Schöne Saunalandschaft in der Dachetage, weches mit 15 Euro pro Zimmer (nicht bei allen Tarifen) anmessen ist. 1 Sauna, 1 Rückeninfrarot sowie 1 Whirlpool. Hotel kommt langsam in die Jahre. Sehr zentral gelegen.
