宜必思布魯塞爾中央車站酒店

車站走出來就到，對推嬰兒車跟拖大件行李的我們來說，真的是太方便了。

I think the room is okay. It is clean and big enough. However, the facility is quite antiquated. When you want to check in, you have to carry your luggage and climb three stairs. If you want to deposit your luggage at the hotel. You need to deposit it in the locker, but half of the locker is not available. Furthermore, the locker is at the basement, so you need to wait for the chance to go to the basement, since the elevator will go up stair first.

Very easy to reach from train station. There is always receptionist(s) there which make us feel safe. Bad smell of smoking goes to our room until mid night when the restaurant close. We request for extra hangers and it takes a whole day to deliver to our room until we remind the front desk for the third time. Overall, it is a nice hotel to stay for traveller, easy to go around the city.

There are a lot of strangers outside the hotel. The room is not very clean. There are a lot of black dirt on the towels, bed sheet and pillows. The staff’s attitude is not very good. They don’t show smile or eye contact when they talk to customers. If you have a baby with you, this is definitely not a suitable hotel for you to stay because there is no bottle water or hot water bottle inside your room. Some basic stuff, such as cups for drinking water, slippers, fridge, toothbrushes and toothpaste will not be provided in this hotel. This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in Europe.

Outdated hotel and very tired room. The handle on the window was broken and on verge of falling off. The area surrounding hotel felt very unsafe and loud constantly over night

This Ibis location is very convenient and accessible as it is just across the train station. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff were nice and helpful. Dining option available till late so that’s a plus. Only downside is that you can’t store your luggage with them for free. It comes with a cost.

The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful .

Hotel vlak bij het station van Brussel zuid, propere kamers, vriendelijk personeel,… vroegere check in was niet mogelijk maar ze hebben wel lockers voor je bagage zodat je rustig naar stad kan gaan zonder sleuren

A localização é ótima, os funcionarios solicitos, o café da manhã muito bom e o hotel é em frente a estação o que facilita demais o deslocamento para cidades vizinhas. O bar também serve uma ótima pizza e o atendente maravilhoso, muito educado e cordial.
