宜必思布魯塞爾中央車站酒店

車站走出來就到，對推嬰兒車跟拖大件行李的我們來說，真的是太方便了。

I think the room is okay. It is clean and big enough. However, the facility is quite antiquated. When you want to check in, you have to carry your luggage and climb three stairs. If you want to deposit your luggage at the hotel. You need to deposit it in the locker, but half of the locker is not available. Furthermore, the locker is at the basement, so you need to wait for the chance to go to the basement, since the elevator will go up stair first.

Very easy to reach from train station. There is always receptionist(s) there which make us feel safe. Bad smell of smoking goes to our room until mid night when the restaurant close. We request for extra hangers and it takes a whole day to deliver to our room until we remind the front desk for the third time. Overall, it is a nice hotel to stay for traveller, easy to go around the city.

There are a lot of strangers outside the hotel. The room is not very clean. There are a lot of black dirt on the towels, bed sheet and pillows. The staff’s attitude is not very good. They don’t show smile or eye contact when they talk to customers. If you have a baby with you, this is definitely not a suitable hotel for you to stay because there is no bottle water or hot water bottle inside your room. Some basic stuff, such as cups for drinking water, slippers, fridge, toothbrushes and toothpaste will not be provided in this hotel. This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in Europe.

Great location

部屋にケトルが無かった。(台座のみあった)　荷物預けるのは有料(ロッカー)で、9€だった。ホテルの外に出ると駅がすぐだが、治安が悪い。ホームレスがたくさんいて、怖い。

Right across from the Brussels Midi train station -- as convenient as can be. Reasonably sized room for a reasonable price -- no complaints.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. The location is great, with many shops and restaurants nearby, which made it very convenient.

Chambre correcte dans l’ensemble. Personnel très sympathique et compétent. Des insatisfactions sur le restaurant et le bar qui n’ouvre qu’à partir de 16h30 avec seulement pâtes et pizza à la carte. Heureusement que le personnel est au top!

Close to the train station the hotel and staff were fine. The area though was a bit seedy. The rooms were big and well appointed. Good for a stopover.

It's just next to the metro station. Thus, it's extremely convenient especially for travelers.

It was just an okay stay, but there is plenty of rooms for improvement - one towel was torn. The windows are not hermetic, hence a bit noisy.

Comfortable stay in a really central location. Directly across from the Gare du Midi, and therefore close to all transport links The hotel itself was vibrant and welcoming. Staff were excellent Room was clean and spacious

Great place to stay, great location

Bed was great. Unfortunately I left with six insect bites and there was dried blood on the curtains and bathroom door

Everything was good, staff polite and helpful. Only downside was no kettle tea/coffee in the room.

The staff were excellent. Inside room was very quiet.
