We stayed in one of the villa over by the marina. It’s was beautiful and very clean. The restaurant in the resort was delicious . All the staff members were super friendly and the resort are on beautiful grounds.

We had an AMAZING stay at Itz’ana!! We were impacted by winter storms in the southeast and missed our first night. They gave us a credit equal to the value of the night for food and drinks at the resort. They were responsive prior and during our trip. Truly wonderful service. The grounds themselves were gorgeous. I felt clean and safe the whole time. The food was good. Highly recommend

Itz'ana is exceptional. The staff embodies the meaning of hospitality. From the reception desk, the wait staff, housekeeping; everyone was so nice and helpful. The GM is amazing, he has assembled a great staff. We are aready planning our trip back in February 2026. We love this place.
