Love itzana! This is our 4th time staying there in 3 years and we plan to go back again soon. Great grounds, staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and our ground floor ocean view room is amazing. Only opportunity is for them to add to their wine selection. Thank you

We felt the restaurant was not consistent. Some days it was good some days it was questionable. Need work on their pizzas too much tomato sauce. The pork tenderlines we're like pork chops... and dry.

This is a beautiful hotel, and we had a pretty good stay, but it could have been way better.
The staff: hit and miss, some staff members were very good, others barely ok
The room: Nice large king room, very comfortable bed, only 2 towels (wish we had more), the AC was quiet but not powerful enough, we had it on the coldest setting and it was still quite warm in the room
The pool: beautiful, but a bit on the cold side
The restaurants & bar: Insanely overpriced, ridiculous wine selection: only 1 option for white wine which was mediocre but we were charged $14 USD for a glass.
It's a nice hotel, but it's overpriced

We loved every part of our stay here, the trees, plants, lighting, the layout, the pool, THE BEACH ( beautiful) the paddle boards👍 )
the sheets and bed were so soft. The food was great!
The staff were so welcoming and kind, we can’t wait to come back next year!

We stayed in the beachfront villa. The accommodation is beautiful. The pool the beach the location is amazing ! BUT…
But, the service is beyond slow for everything. Ridiculously slow.
I believe we got food poisoning on the last night or a very bad infection.
The restaurant food was good, but expensive and again the service was slow. And the hotel was very quiet!!!!!
After spending $5k on a weekend getaway I would have hoped for a greater level of service

This is an amazing resort, the infinity pool over looking the beach is incredible. The staff was pleasant and cordial. Each person constantly asking to assist you with an needs to make your stay more enjoyable. Freddie the poilside bartender and the other gentlemen chopping coconuts poolside...awesome.
