Rooms seemed clean but was very damp. Carpet was wet. Everything in the room was damp?!
Pool was cloudy so we decided to not swim in it..
You also need to pay an additional $10 a day to park at the hotel 🙄. Honestly it was icky for a lack of words. Kids were happy to leave. I’ve seen worse but gotta admit was disappointed.

Staff on front desk were not friendly, did not greet you. The room was clean and daily housekeeping replaced towels but did not make bed. Nice pool but the hours were not long enough. The breakfast did not have enough variety.

You can not get extra towels or blankets and pillows, even if staying with a whole family in a whirlpool suite. Nor for the advertised pullout couch. The hotel claims to not have enough towels to provide extras.
There is no separate dining area, and it is not a one bedroom suite. There is no separate bedroom, or kitchen. Beware false advertising.

More selection for breakfast would of been nice, to have the same breakfast both days was disappointing. As well, there isn't enough room for people to sit, nor prepare their breakfast. The gate for parking is sometime difficult, and nowhere when I booked stated that parking was extra until check in time.

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel Best Western en pensant qu’il serait le meilleur de notre voyage, étant donné la bonne réputation de la chaîne en France. Malheureusement, ce fut tout l’inverse : l’hôtel le moins bien et le plus cher que nous ayons fait au Canada.
À notre arrivée, nous avons été déçus par la propreté, notamment le sol qui n’était pas très propre. Il manquait également des éléments essentiels comme du shampoing dans la chambre. Du côté des équipements, l’absence de vestiaire à la piscine est aussi un vrai point négatif. Le parking est en plus payant, ce qui est regrettable vu le prix de la nuit.
Autre point gênant : la chambre était mal isolée du bruit, ce qui a nui à la qualité de notre sommeil.
Heureusement, le petit-déjeuner était à la hauteur : bon, varié et copieux, ce qui reste le seul point positif de notre séjour.
Une expérience globalement décevante qui ne correspond pas du tout aux standards que nous connaissons de cette enseigne.
