J aimerais recevoir des correspondance en français dans l avenir si tel est le cas.
Et par le fait même la facturation pressé de vous faire payé mais pas pressé de faire suivre facture. J attend la facture dans les plus brefs délai .
Comme première expérience avec expédia pas trop épaté.

Was very disappointed I booked the hotel based on the bar restaurant being on location. It was closed for some reason. We were on snowmobiles so going out to eat wasn’t an option. Paid top price for a bed. Had to eat at the convenience store up the road. Disappointed in Hotels.com as well as the property for not disclosing that. I’ll be booking and staying somewhere else next time

Il y a un restaurant dans l’hôtel, c’est dailleurs la raison pour laquelle j’ai choisi l’établissement. Malheureusement, il n’a pas été possible d’y manger car ils étaient complets. Comme nous étions en motoneige, nous avons dû marcher pour aller au restaurant Mikes, près de l’hôtel.

The sound of the heat machine. Terrible ! I didn't sleep until I close it and then I was frozen.
The room is for a disabled person so the shower also.

Had a terrible experience with the lady at the from desk today at the time I checked out. The comforter that my son had was clean but was very fragile due to being bleached/washed repeatedly and it tore from a side when he tried to go underneath. I informed this to the receptionist and she came to assess the situation and was being condescending and stating that it’s a damage caused by us when I showed how fragile is the cloth and that it’s also a very common sign of wearing off of any cloth material but she still denied and said the most absurd thing that “the other one is not like this and why it didn’t happened to that”. Obviously, that’s the whole point I was making and according to her, all clothes are in the same quality and age by default :). Then, I requested the housekeeping manager to assess this and a nice gentleman confirmed that I was right and explained the cause of it is exactly what I said. My point is, I was being logical and this person didn’t have any curtesy to even listen to and didn’t even consider anything I said. This is very poor customer care and I decided to never to stay at this place. Management should look into proper training of the staff and teach that majority of communication is non-verbal. Anyhow, I have often stayed with comfort inn around and this is my first similar experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
