Super convenient location as we arrived via cruise ship. We were able to store our luggage before our room was ready. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was so spacious.

The hotel is perfectly situated and we had a view room on the 12th floor which was wonderful for gazing over the harbour and the city. It was very quiet, comfortable, well equipped and so convenient to the food courts, the fast ferry to Nanaimo and the light rail transit and buses. We had a great stay!

I reserved a room with two queen beds and we were given two double beds, which are tiny. The room was on par with a Sheraton and didn’t find the hotel to the caliber of a luxury hotel. It was fine, but I feel like we overpaid for the experience compared to what else is available in Vancouver. Maybe the Pacific Rim location is nicer? If you are on/off a cruise ship, I bet it’s perfect because the ships are right across the street thought.
