Everything was great at this hotel, everyone was friendly and when the toilet plugged up right away maintenance came and fixed it. Really great place to stay.

Excellent stay. Waiter was very helpful at the restaurant and suggested great dishes. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was a nice temperature and good size. I liked that it had an actual deep end. Location is great, close to the airport and a short drive from shopping centres.

The staff was very accommodating, it's the rare time where I've requested adjoining rooms where the hotel has actually made note and followed through in making that happen. Very nice staff and the constant shuttles every half hour to airport is great. HOWEVER. Anything good about this hotel is overshadowed by the massive short falls it has with everything else. The walls are paper thin and can hear conversations in the neighboring rooms even at lower volumes. Our AC unit was plenty cold but was very loud and hard to sleep through. Unfortunately microwaves are not available in most rooms as a basic amenity and if you need to heat food up you have to stand awkwardly in the lobby and use the one there. The compressor in our mini fridge was also burnt out as well so we couldnt keep out food and drinks cold, so multiple times a day we would have to take our small ice bucket and do multiple trips to fill our cooler with ice just so our food wouldn't spoil. Our front door would bind in the door frame and would practically pull my shoulder out of socket everytime just to open it. As for the bathroom door.. it doesn't lock. On our check out day the elevator broke down with us in it. Thankfully they didn't need an elevator technician to fix it, the maintenance staff on site were able to take care of it (which means it must be something they've dealt with before or on a regular basis but that's speculative). The big fat nail in the coffin is the $30/day parking. Very unfortunate stay.

Great having shuttle to airport!!!

Overall, it was a reasonable place to stay when you need to spend another evening in Toronto because of flight rebooking or rescheduling. The room was fairly standard and the amenities were good. May only real disadvantage was the restaurant in the place. It had a very limited selection with questionable quality of the food. We had burgers and fries because we felt they would be safe. Both of us had stomach indigestion for that evening and part of the next day. My advice would be avoid the restaurant or consider having a bite to eat somewhere else.

Pretty basic but exactly what I needed. When I fly to Toronto it's always through Gate 3 and the terminal is directly across the street from this place. Getting to and from the airport is extremely easy.

After a last-minute flight cancellation, choosing this hotel right next to Terminal 3 was the best decision. The terminal shuttle was easy to locate with a friendly driver, and both check-in and check-out were seamless. The room is partially updated with a nice bathroom, though keep in mind you'll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the area!

I got delayed, so I got to stay one night at the hotel. The hotel is fine. It’s just old and out of date. It’s convenient next to the airport.

The air conditioning would not go below 24.5°C even though we set it to 18.5°C. It was extremely hot and stuffy in the room. Keeping in mind it was 27°C outside but humid.

Very good price for the room using hotel.com. Maintenance responded properly to turn on the TV which was very simple! Beautiful evening view of airport tower and lights. Front desk was very friendly after a canceled flight. Hotel is a bit old but I didn't mind. That's very comfortable and lots of pillows. Reserve a hotel there again.

Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Helpful information on shuttle service, wifi, check in/out was in the room. Great proximity to the airport.

The aircraft views on certian rooms are very good amzing for avation enthusiasts.

Everything was fine apart the pickup shuttle that took so long to show up at the airport.
