Comfortable room and great AC! Also appreciated how the staff accommodated my room preference request. Friendly staff annd great experiences anijt them overall. Only issue is that elevators can have long wait times (10+ minutes), so plan ahead for busy times.

It’s very close to the old town and tourist attractions, just a short walk away. (However it’s a bit of a pity that when we check into the room, the trash wasn’t cleaned properly.)

总共四晚！第一天停水， 之后每次使用水之前，都要开阀门流通一分钟过后，因为很多沙土在管道！ 第二天遇到员工罢工，没有clean room service! 总之对我们这旅行造成了严重的损失

Amazing hotel

Very nice Hotel in a good area

The room was fine - a junior suite- , although the layout was odd - you had to pass through the bedroom to get to the bath room from the living room. A consideration if you have anyone using the sofa bed. The light controls also were weird. The paper products were lower end, and paper coffee cups in a higher end hotel seems unnecessary. The lounge bar is very nice, as is the lobby. The hotel location is excellent. The staff were great, except the two concierge members at our checkout. One was quite rude, and the other was dismissive.

Great location. Everybody so helpful and friendly. We had our AC go out in the evening--and within 30 mins the front desk sent somebody up and moved us to a different room. Stayed for a total of 6 nites. Had the executive lounge which had awesome breakfast plus a really nice happy hour. Everything was spotless. Everybody was great. Will be back again someday.

Warning: Construction Dust Safety Hazard My family stayed at this hotel for a week. The location and facilities were excellent. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by what appeared to be a significant construction dust issue. Every morning, family members woke up with itchy throats, coughing, and excess mucus. We also noticed that despite carefully wiping down surfaces each day, a layer of white dust and fibers would quickly reappear on nearly every surface in the room. This was particularly noticeable on black items such as the telephone, alarm clock, and headboard. Our room was on the ninth floor, and the windows could not be opened. Given the persistent accumulation of dust, we suspected it was entering through the ventilation system. During an evening walk near the hotel lobby, we discovered what appeared to be the source: a massive construction project within the same building complex, only a few meters away and separated from the lobby area by a revolving door. The attached photos show both the scale of the project and the visible dust accumulation around the entrance. The amount of construction dust posed a potential health and safety risk for hotel guests, especially those with asthma, allergies, or other respiratory conditions. I reported the issue to the front desk and was told there was little the hotel could do. When choosing a four-star hotel, I expect a safe, clean, and healthy environment for my family, which Hilton failed to provide.

It was a really nice room. Location was great. Be careful when walking to consider how steep the property outside is. Can be a challenge to run out for a few items.
