Comfortable room and great AC! Also appreciated how the staff accommodated my room preference request. Friendly staff annd great experiences anijt them overall. Only issue is that elevators can have long wait times (10+ minutes), so plan ahead for busy times.

It’s very close to the old town and tourist attractions, just a short walk away. (However it’s a bit of a pity that when we check into the room, the trash wasn’t cleaned properly.)

总共四晚！第一天停水， 之后每次使用水之前，都要开阀门流通一分钟过后，因为很多沙土在管道！ 第二天遇到员工罢工，没有clean room service! 总之对我们这旅行造成了严重的损失

Everything was good

The entire staff -- from front desk to check in and everyone in between was friendly, helpful, and pleasant. I'd like to offer special recognition to 2 individuals, the concierge, Joel and bartender, Magalie. Joel made arrangements and secured transportation for myself and traveling companion to go dogsledding and to visit the "Ice Hotel". Our excursions went off without a hitch; he is to be highly commended for his efforts. Magalie was the bartender on duty during various times throughout our stay, she was attentive and prepared excellent cocktails, she remembered our original orders and inquired if we wanted to repeat those beverages during other visits to the bar area. Without reservation the staff at the Quebec Hilton is superb!

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. There were no robes or complimentary water in the room, which was disappointing for a hotel of this level. The elevators took an unusually long time to arrive throughout our stay, making it inconvenient to move around the building. The overall atmosphere was also quite noisy, with many children running and yelling in common areas and hallways. At one point, a woman was sitting in our hallway, speaking loudly on her phone, which was uncomfortable and not pleasant to encounter outside our room. Additionally, valet parking was extremely slow — it took over an hour for our car to be brought back, which is unacceptable. Overall, the experience lacked the comfort, organization, and service we expected, and it significantly affected our stay.

Nice hotel and staff

Great location! Was perfect for exploring Old Quebec City as well as Carnival. Staff was friendly and the pool was great even in the winter the water was nice and warm.

La chambre etait impecable , le personnelle tres courtois .

Le personnel de la réception était courtois sans plus. La chambre qu'on nous a donné n'était pas celle que nous avions sélectionnée, même réservée des mois d'avance. Le voiturier a oublié de nous sortir l'auto malgré que nous ayons appelé une demi-heure plus tôt.
