Our room had three sections of broken floorboards which were cracked/shifted/pinched you as you walked on them. It was uncomfortable to walk on. Felt more like the floors of a dorm room or hostel than a "boutique hotel" brought to the attention of staff. Paid almost $600 for 2 days you can afford to fix the floor. Also very expensive bar drinks ($5 for a CAN of coke - no alcohol).

Great experience, will go back for sure.

Grande chambre peu chaleureuse et qui manquait d’amour : plancher recoller avec du ruban adhésif, chaise dont le similicuir est craquelé. Le personnel est très sympathique et professionnel. Petit déjeuner de style buffet particulièrement coûteux (28$) Hôtel bien situé mais qui manque de raffinement.

Large spacious room. Bath products used - very good ! Front office staff at check in, though efficient seemed a little unfamiliar that we can leave part of our luggage at concierge for second check in. Spa was good ! Concierge outstanding and makes up for the lack of knowledge of check in staff. Wud have loved to see 2 bottles of water included for the convenience of guests.

When we checked in we asked your staff if we are able to leave our 2 hand carry luggages as we have one night stay in Quebec City. We were taken aback when he said NO, and we need to wait for the manager who’d be back Monday. The hotel doesn’t keep this. We panicked because we have another couple doing the same and we wud not have chosen this hotel if this weren’t possible. I almost cancel our second arrival and book at another hotel for both sims and Lim’s accom. Lugging our bags for one night in que. city was too cumbersome. Thank goodness my husband decided to ask Michel your concierge who was absolutely amazing. He said not a problem at all. Perhaps your check in staff should have been trained better ? You cud lose business for giving wrong info. The room - large and spacious. Giving your guests 2 bottles waters isn’t going to set you back at all especially for the convenience of guests. I realized later you made selling water a business ? most unusual experience for us since we have never encountered this at any other hotels and we travel extensively ! The bathroom amenities and the quality of your products PURE is great but not including body lotion was a bit of a let down. We’re on a very short trip so I did not pack a bottle myself. My husband had a massage done at your spa and he thoroughly enjoyed that. The signage to where the restaurant is located was not known and we only found out where it was on the eve of leaving. Otherwise the location is great !

Nice, convenient location. Comfortable and clean rooms.

The room was very clean, nice and well laid-out. We appreciate properties where we can come and go without needing to walk across a large lobby or constantly having to engage with people (introverts here!) and this space definitely worked very well for us :) The staff was friendly and helpful while also appearing genuine and definitely not too pushy. Checking in and out was an absolute breeze.

Room was very very dirty. They provided very thin toilet paper. The valet was very rude and disrespectful. They charged me for parking at the start until I came again and requested a refund since parking should’ve been free. I would like to request a refund. This is nowhere near a 4 star hotel. I went there to celebrate my wife’s birthday. And it was the worst experience ever.

Really nice hotel. Rooms were clean spacious ,and quite comfortable.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The location is very good. Walking distance to St Denis Street with good choices of restaurants, including my favorite, L’Express. It was an easy walk to Saint Catherine Street with shopping and theaters, including MTelus.

Clean, close to subway station.

Hotel 10 represents the ideal value I look for in a hotel when on business. It's still near the main business district so I can walk or take a short Uber. The hotel is clean and well laid out, and although it may not have all the amenities of more expensive hotels it still has the key things I want. A decent breakfast option. A small but well kept gym. The staff are professional and friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious.
