Good location in the heart of downtown Victoria, Well maintained and clean room. I didn’t have an issue with the parking.

Loved the bar at the restaurant! We paid for parking which was a very good idea and easily accessible across the street. Our room was very spacious and very accessible to all the activities in the core and harbour. We really enjoyed walking about.

An amazing team working. A comfortable and clean place, where I had the pleasure of staying. My first time in Victoria was really worth it - right in the city and close to all the places I planned to visit, it will always be my go-to destination.

I’ve previously left a harsher review on this property, specifically because of the noise. I mentioned this to the staff on a subsequent trip and they responded Immediately, adjusting my room to a space of complete silence. The staff are excellent, lounge is nice. The location, by no fault of their own, is challenging with drug use and homelessness. The rooms show their age (creaky floors under the carpet, old dated bathrooms, etc) but is clean and comfortable when not on street side.
