The mattress in room 434 is absolutely terrible , hard and very very uncomfortable. The Restaurant food was good once the order was brought right . Was never offered a discount or an appetizer to make it right .

C'est un hôtel ok pour le prix mais sans plus. Aussi prenez note que le Spa n'est pas inclus seulement la piscine, ce qui a été une déception pour moi. Dans l'annonce Expedia on a l'impression que c'est gratuit, alors que ce n'est pas le cas. Aussi le check-in est tard.

Très déçu de mon expérience à l’Hôtel Universel.
On paie un prix premium en s’attendant à une certaine qualité… mais au final, on se retrouve redirigé vers une chambre régulière sans réelle valeur ajoutée. Franchement, pour le prix payé, c’est loin d’être justifié.
Le spa est petit, dépassé et clairement désuet. Rien de relaxant ni d’exceptionnel — surtout quand on compare avec d’autres établissements au même tarif.
Bref, c’est beaucoup trop dispendieux pour la qualité offerte. Je ne recommande pas du tout.
