The staff demonstrated exceptional accommodation and assistance throughout my stay. On my final night, I experienced a severe toothache and struggled to sleep. At approximately 3am, I contacted the front desk seeking pain relief. Although suitable medication was unavailable on site, the staff went above and beyond by visiting a 24-hour shop in town to purchase the required medication. When I inquired about reimbursement, the attendant assured me that there was no need to worry, stating, "It's on us; we are simply happy to help." Regrettably, I did not obtain his name. Should this message reach him, I extend my sincere gratitude for his generosity.

The room was very clean and well kept. Very pleasantly surprised at the whole place given the number of years it’s been around. Staff pleasant and accommodating.

Staff really good. Hotel is so hot. I was on third floor. It’s so hot with old heating system. Open windows all night. Waste of energy. But I stay there lots. Old relic of hotel but been there hundreds of times. Need to get indoor hottub running. Outside one always packed.

Really great hotel to stay at for a quick ski weekend. Only one hot tub available, despite the website showing pictures with 2 outside and 1 inside. The staff were really kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend for a family vacation to Jasper.

I booked 2 king beds but they gave me 2 queen beds. I asked for 2 king beds but they argued that’s not what I booked so I was stuck paying for 2 kings but sleeping in 2 queens. The hand soap smelled rancid. Very gross. My hands made me gag. The hot tub in the photos no longer exists but there is a smaller hot tub outside. The staff at the front desk were very helpful in tourism around Jasper.

Rooms were nice and big! Sound proofing is terrible though, you can hear people talking in the halls and the kids running around, that’s normal but hearing people’s conversations from the hallway was too much. We also had kids yelling between the towers from their room in the evening that we were there too. More of a family friendly with teenagers hotel

Run of the mill lodge. Worth noting there’s no accessibility ramps, so getting a stroller in and out was tricky, but the front desk did offer to help get it down the stairs to outside if needed.
