Room was very clean. Thank you. Pillows are big and puffy. Staff very friendly. We didn’t eat or drink at the hotel. This is the third time we’ve stayed here. Parking is very convenient.

Hotel per se is good. Main issue: the front desk tried **twice** to overcharge me. Twice they reverted the charge. I asked for a printed receipt on checkout, they gave me a lame excuse so I knew something was up. Charges showed in my credit card ... 5 days after checkout. Very poor business practice. Too bad because otherwise no complaints.

Excellent service! Breakfast buffet was delicious and again the service was amazing! Travelled with 4 children and it was a perfect spot to stay and enjoy the city.
