Great central location, near Sparks Street and a short walk to Elgin Street. Excellent pool & fitness area, which we used. Clean modern rooms. Would def return.

This is one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at. We weren’t even mad they were doing work on the windows while we were there. Parliament Hill is a stone throw away and a beautiful walk. The view from our balcony was gorgeous and we thoroughly enjoyed that you could stream from your own service accounts on the tv. Room service was really nice too, the menu was great and came to our room very promptly. Highly recommend

Convenient location. I didnt like that when I informed reservation department that I will bw late checking in, desk cancelled my reservation without informing me. I appreciate rhough that Elias was able to acvomodate me with room to stay

The hotel is extremely dated and showing a lot of wear. I’m sure it was very nice in the seventies. We booked a room for 3 people and were given two double beds, I admit I hadn’t thought to confirm but my expectation was that for three people the beds would be at least queen size, as I have experienced at most other hotels in the area. We had some issues with the room, but I have to point out the staff was excellent and worked hard to make it right. So in total, go for the kind, helpful staff and the very central location downtown near pedestrian streets and restaurants, do not go for decor or general appearance and comfort. The bathroom floor was heated though!

L'hôtel est un peu vieux. Et on a eu une salle de bain vraiment en mauvais état. Nous avons eu un changement de chambre (un peu mieux). Je trouve le style est vraiment vieux et les décorations (cadres) un peu décolorées.
Je sais que les prix ont augmenté mais je trouve que le prix était trop cher par rapport à la qualité.
Par contre, le personnel était très accueillant et arrangeant. Cela donne une meilleure image de l'hôtel.
Le lieu est parfait pour se balader sans voiture ensuite en ville. À quelques pas du Parlement.

The location of this hotel was great. Close to parliament hill and right next to the O-Train. Staff were very friendly, and restaurant was great for breakfast. The rooms were a bit date but very clean. We loved the multiple elevators it meant there was never a wait!

Hotel is tired. Parking is terrible. Had an issue and spoke with the manager. He was not helpful at all. There are nicer hotels for the same money in the same area. We won’t be staying at this property again.

Vieil hôtel defraichi. Notre chambre au 8e étage (pet Floor) avait un tapis sentant l'urine de chien, était sale et usé. Les vitres étaient sales qu'on pouvait à peine voir à l'extérieur d'un côté. Les oreillers sont tellement usées qu'elles sont totalement affaissées. Pas de coupes de vin dans la chambre. Poussières épaisses pendaient des lampes de chevet.

The only good is, it is close to major attractions of the city.
Room toilet is too small.
No water kept inside room. You have to either buy it or go to a different floor to fill your own water bottle.
Parking too confusing and paid.
