Excellent Port Credit location, we had a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen, the only suggestion would be to provide a roll of paper towels and maybe a tea towel. We had a spill on the counter and grabbed the toilet paper for clean up. The beds were comfortable and the suite was very clean

The staff were excellent with prompt and professional help which made my vacation feel 5 *. I felt safe being a lone older woman visitor to Canada and was given lots of tips about the local area for great walks and shopping etc. The views over the Port were amazing. I cant wait fro my next vacation and to return to the Waterside Inn

Front desk gave key to someone at 1:30am to our room without id or calling up to see if we were expecting someone at this hour. They tried to get in our room……we were terrified. Will not be staying there again. Also rooms are in a terrible need of updating

The staff were excellent and very attentive in getting items resolved in the room. Unfortunately our room on the fifth floor faced a bar that had live groups on until 22:00 so it was noises until then. Then on the final night there was a party with loud music until 1:00 a.m. Basically the room needed better sound insulation. However, we did enjoy our stay

Decent hotel pleasantly surprised by the size of the two bedroom suite however it’s super gated and had a strong odour in the bedrooms not sure if it was stuck in the linens or carpet

Room was clean and spacious, good view of the harbour. Mostly quiet except the night before my flight there was loud music playing from one of the bars nearby, so loud it was hard to sleep. My only complaint was how the staff treated me, My home is across the country in Edmonton and I left something by accident. I called to get it back and if they could just send it in an envelope Canada Post and got told they wouldn't be able to send an envelope and I would have to call a courier company to pick it up and deliver, which would have cost way more.

Terrible mattress on the bed, way too soft - killed our backs. Also, was a twin bed, not a queen. The room & furnishings were very old & rundown - needs refurbishing badly.

Area has loads of bars and restaurants. Cab definitely see the age at the hotel.
We booked a hotel with a balcony as we are smokers. Very disappointed that we could not smoke on balcony. There was no mention of this when booking.
Probably wouldnt have booked this hotel if i had known.
Hotel staff were livekt and accommodating. DANIELLA our maid was awesome and very pleasant and helpful.
