Tupa Hotel

Everything was bad from beginning to end. I was given a tinny economy room. I reserved a double room. When I demanded what I paid for, I was given one next to the chicken coup which roosters woke me every morning before 5 am until 10 am. The bathroom sink was plugged, the tile floors broken. Everything filthy dirty. No AC, no fan. No amenities. I asked that nobody enter to my room, they did enter. Breakfast with very limited options. Not even as continental. No TV. No internet. Most of the time not even on the public areas. At some point no electricity.

The hotel stated on Hotels.com that rooms had air conditioning so this is the reason we booked this room, however in arrival we were told that non of the rooms had air conditioning, so we were given a fan The room was in need of refurbishment as it was outdated and a little grubby. Saying all of this the staff were very friendly and helpful

Las instalaciones del hotel fueron realmente lo mejor. Todo estaba muy bien cuidado, limpio y diseñado para disfrutar al máximo de la estancia. Un lugar hermoso y acogedor, ideal para descansar y desconectarse. Volvería a ir !!

La habitación es amplia y todo impecable. La decoración un poco antigua pero linda. Michelle y el personal me atendieron de maravilla. El hotel es muy grande para caminar dentro de sus jardines y áreas comunes.

La habitación estaba limpia y cómoda. Es una habitació básica pero cumple con todo lo necesario para tener una buena estadía. Las instalaciones son gigantes. Hay muchos espacios para trabajar, relajarse y compartir con otros pasajeros. El personal muy servicial y atento. Siento que recibi más de lo que pague.

常時、お湯がでない

The place is filthy beyond words, from towels to the floor, to the bathroom rug. I don’t think they clean the place. There’s mold in the rooms, not just on mine, but on many other guest rooms, and the paint is peeling off. The place is not maintained at all, it is falling apart. It is a shame that Hotels.com would list this property among a place where a normal person can stay. It should just be rented to cattle as I don’t think it is suitable for human habitation. While the breakfast buffet is OK, they do not check the room number, so in theory anybody can go there and eat the food of the guests. The services they offer, from Travel service to repair of the rooms is extremely disorganized. Their book of complaints is full. I am including some pictures. The talk over breakfast is about the complaints other their guests have about their rooms, or their stays in general. Many choose to leave. For example, it took them two days to give me the role where you put the toilet paper, despite asking them several times, including the general manager. The toilet seat had to be held together with tape because it did not work. It took me another couple of days to get the tape so that the lid will not follow me every time I used it.

El hotel nos sorprendió gratamente por lo cuidado y limpio que estaba todo. La pieza impecable cada día y los espacios comunes muy bien mantenidos. Se siente un ambiente agradable y relajado, perfecto para disfrutar la estadía en la isla.

Me encantó la limpieza del hotel, todo muy ordenado y bien cuidado. Las instalaciones son cómodas y se nota que hay dedicación en mantenerlas. Ideal para descansar y sentirse a gusto en la isla. El personal siempre está dispuesto a gestionar cualquier solicitud y con la mejor actitud. Sin duda volvería nuevamente

Muy buena experiencia. Las habitaciones estaban siempre limpias y cómodas, y las instalaciones bien cuidadas. Se nota la preocupación del hotel por mantener todo en orden. Un lugar tranquilo, ideal para descansar después de recorrer la isla.

The people were nice, there was just dead bugs in my room like they fumigated the room and didnt clean after.
