Good location and close to most public transportation. Spacious apartment but the downside is no air conditioning A bit hit in room. Have to open windiw when sleep overnight.

飯店位置非常的好，對面就是火車、捷運站，樓下就是公車站，超方便！隔壁就有Tesco，還有很多吃的，房間非常舒適、乾淨，這次住宿非常的好！

Good, comfortable and spacious place. Very busy area. You can find many people even at 2am in the street. Many 24 hours eating places around. As the hotel is near the east side of London, just a bit far away from the visting places in the west side of Lon. But it is very easy to go to Cambridge and east and south cities around London.

Location is good. Two air conditioners are not function cause very warm inside. The corridor and rooms are smelly. Wifi are very weak in bed rooms.

Very spacious and convenient place to stay. Tesco just right next to it, my family enjoyed very much to dine in the apartment.

Room is big But fire alarm wake me up at 5am due to error Air con is not working in the room and need to move at midnight

The room is very clean and large. Location is very fabulous. Opposite is Liverpool street station & underground. Police station is next to the apartment and a tesco metro just a minute walk. Also, a KFC next to the apartment and open til to midnight if you cannot find anything to eat :P The staff is very nice and friendly. Next time I visit to london I would love to stay once!

房間乾淨，舒適而且房內傢俱齊全，有烹飪和洗衣機，但是櫃檯服務人員態度冷漠，多次反應洗衣機無法使用，但都沒有處理

if you driving, dont go, no parking, always traffic jam

飯店就在利物浦車站對面，公車密集，交通方便，飯店外就有很多餐廳及Tesco超市，路上行人很多，晚一點回飯店也不會有危險的感覺。房間設備完善，尤其是附設廚房簡直就像在家一樣便利，非常完善乾淨。浴室乾淨明亮，有台洗烘衣機，附有洗衣皂，很方便。房內wifi超強，我媽晚上追韓劇追得很開心！唯一缺點是床有點小，而且走廊七彎八拐走得有點辛苦。這次是使用hotels.com買十送一所贈送的1晚住宿，不然以飯店每晚7千台幣的房價我絕對住不起。

Very good location, the apartment is very convenient, there are restaurants and supermarket nearby, we made breakfast by ourselves everyday, it make us feel like at home

just cross the road then arriving Liverpool station, the room is gooooood, cleeeeean, and biiiiiiiiiig! And so many worthful visiting place nearby! I'm definitely booking here next time!

很方便的地點 旁邊也很容易找到餐廳 隔壁還有超商 飯店內有廚房跟器具 非常適合全家人出遊 但是床墊有點不飽滿 睡起來容易腰酸背痛 浴室有點小...我們入住的時候 電梯正在維修 工作人員都有來幫忙搬運行李 很貼心的補救方式 飯店的對面就是地鐵站 下次去倫敦我應該還是會選他當第一考慮入住的公寓飯店

Our family lived in 196bishopsgate during the first ten days in Feb. 2014. I had a very good experience in staying in 196bishopsgate hotel. The first advantage is traffic. It is located very close to Liverpool Street Station. It's very convenient to take a bus or tube or rail. The second advantage is eating and buying necessaries of life. There are many supermarkets near the hotel. The third advantage is facilites in the room are enough to have family vacation. We lived in Executive Two Bedroom Apartment. We could cook by ourselves in the room and it's very clean in the room. Also, the clerks of the hotel are all very nice and supply the best service. Any way, the price of the hotel compares to the quality of living in the hotel. It's well worth it's value.

酒店地理位置很好，毗邻地铁，附近有超市和很多餐厅、酒吧，设施也算齐全，美中不足的是没有牙具也就罢了，但是没有拖鞋实在是不舒服。

Great location for the train. Very nice staff. Loud area but a lot of dining options.

Property was great, except that the lift broke down the day we got there and still wasn’t goxed when we left 4 days later.
