The room is good. location is the best. but the last day they run out of bathroom mat so we have to stay without it.

Let’s start with the positives- Location is central if you’re on business in the financial district. Many good restaurants and the area is “happening “ in general. Rooms are spacious and the feel is of a serviced apartment. That said, the building itself is old and could use some renovation. The reception area is small and the receptionist not very welcoming and the room was not serviced even once during my 4- night stay.

Lite slitet, men rent. Golvet i badrummet var trasigt och fuktskadat. För övrigt mycket trevlig personal som var på plats dygnet runt.

Friendly staffs, Spacious, Clean , Not noisy, Great location. All good!!!

Lift was not working !!

Our biggest complaint was lack of communication that the elevator was broken at least a week in advance of our 5 day stay and no one notified us. Having to walk to our penthouse room was quite exhausting and greatly impacted our stay and enjoyment of the room. Being seniors it challenged our joints and cardio health. We would leave in the morning and return once in evening, too challenging otherwise. Other than that the stay would have been quite nice.

Great location for the train. Very nice staff. Loud area but a lot of dining options.

Property was great, except that the lift broke down the day we got there and still wasn’t goxed when we left 4 days later.

We stayed with a group of 13 (in 4 units). The stay was almost perfect. The units were nice, kitchens were well equipt, beds were soft and comfortable, and furnished nicely. The front desk clerks were friendly. There is a Tesco a few doors down which was convenient. The Liverpool St station is across the street. There is a nice night life all around and the Spitafield Markets are around the corner offeringseveral amazing restaurantsand shopping. We would definitely stay there again. Our only complaint was the lift was out of order and we were on the 5th floor! They didn’t offer to take our bags up, and having just come in from Southampton on a cruise....we had many! We managed our bags. I don't think they had a gym, but who needs one after climbing up and down 6 flights of stairs several times a day! I hope they got the lift fixed. We didn’t see mich work being done during our 4 day stay. We would stay again, but maybe not in the penthouse if the lift is down.

Great location.

It was okay Can tell it has New management since last visited and property need an update Elevator was out for 5 days maybe longer Hard to believe that it could t be fixed sooner. Some of the staff were great for sure. Furniture was broken, no frying pan freezer door didn’t work and some of the cupboards fell off without touching them. Close to everything but for price was overly impressed. Washer /dryer not user friendly nor have enough space to wash more than three things at a time Can’t say I would return again

Beds need replacing

For the entire stay the elevator (lift) was not working. Our room on the 4th floor was 85 steps up from the lobby. We are in our late 70's and with no lift we struggled to walk up and down to our apartment. We deserve a credit for this inconvenience.

Your manager was Exceptional and helpful

A hospedagem superou nossas expectativas em todos os quesitos. O quarto era espaçoso e super equipado com eletrodomésticos. A equipe foi muito cordial e sempre prestativa e nos ajudou quando esquecemos os passaportes no hotel após o check-out. Só temos elogios e agradecimentos a todos.

Large apartment. Has everything you need. Much larger than expected. Fantastic location travelled with group of 5, 3 of which were seniors. Very clean shower tub not the greatest but that’s not a huge deal if I just had something to critique it would be that so overall amazing hotel and I would definitely stay there again… one other thing washer works but the dryer doesn’t staff couldn’t figure out either but that was ok we made just if I had to be picky

Vänlig personal. Utmärkt läge.

A large apartment but lacking in character. Tiny beds with airless space and musty smell. Good kitchen, bathroom and laundry.
