When we checked in they didn't seem to have my reservation because I believe the hotel was bought out by a new company and the new company didn't show our room. However, they were extremely kind in rectifying the problem and even upgraded our room to an apartment room. The apartment was wonderful and clean and the bed was comfortable and had washer/dryer in the room. The staff was excellent at answering all questions and concerns. They are currently renovating the other rooms at this hotel. The lift was working as well. The place was right across from Liverpool Station and very convenient to everything. Very positive experience. I would stay here again.

Very spacious penthouse apartment. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds. Super convenient location just over the road from Liverpool st station and adjacent to bus stops to many locations.

The apartment is loud because it sits in the middle of the city, making the location very good for restaurants, the tube, and attractions. The AC was not working, making it feel stuffy. The bathroom sink was very slow draining and the bathroom floor was cracked and had mold in places. The kitchen and coffee were nice. Bedding was good, but without a flat sheet a bit worrisome that the comforter may not be washed between all guests?? Very nice and accommodating staff and great option to store bags prior to/after check in/out.

great location, spacious rooms, lots of restaurants/bars minutes away. Only issue is the lift is out of service pending a new one, if you have heavy bags could be a problem although the staff were very helpful and aided me with carrying the bags with me up the stairs. Friendly service. Would stay again

El hotel ha sido adquirido por un nuevo propietario y se está renovando. A fecha de Mayo 2026 la habitación que me dieron dejaba mucho que desear: el suelo de madera muy desgastado y sucio por el tiempo, el baño viejo y algo deteriorado, el aire acondicionado sin funcionar y en general la habitación con mal olor. Por otro lado el ascensor estaba sin funcionar ya que lo estaban cambiando. Eso si, la atención del personal fue impecable, todos hicieron lo posible por mejorar mi estancia. Me explicaron que los nuevos dueños estaban remodelando todo el edificio, comenzando con los pisos superiores hacia abajo. Según me indicaron para julio-agosto de este año ya todo debería estar como nuevo. Lo cierto es que antes de volver a alojarme en este hotel llamaré para averiguar si ya ha sido remodelado. No volveré hasta que eso ocurra.

L'appartement est idéalement situé - proche de la station de Liverpool street et du bus pour Stanstead. Appartements très spacieux et confortable. Beaucoup de bars et restaurants à proximité- pratique pour manger ou faire des courses ( tesco express) Nous avions réservé en janvier un appartement avec 2 chambres. A notre arrivée on nous annonce que les chambres sont en travaux, et que nous allons avoir 2 appartements double au même étage. Les appartements étaient à l'opposé Un peu galère quand on est 4 personnes et que l'on s'est arrangé pour tout partager - seulement bagage cabine. Inadmissible de ne pas avoir été prévenu en amont, la résidence a été rachetée 1 mois avant notre arrivée , ce n'est pas notre problème. Une des chambres donnait sur la rue , très bruyante - impossible de dormir correctement entre les cris et les klaxons

I booked this hotel since it was less expensive than most hotels and it had a desk and room to do work. But the rooms were cold, smelling of fresh paint, ugly, and absolutely horrendously furnished. It was like they had furnished the place to make it impossible to use with any comfort. Terrible lighting, no bed lamp, the coffee maker didn’t work, charmless everything. Looks much worse than the photos. I ended up working from coffee shops instead. The only redeeming quality for this hotel is how close it is to Liverpool Pool Street Station / Stansted AirPort Express. The staff is kind and helpful too.

It was a very disappointing stay. upon arrival they did not have our reservation, desk clerk could not address the situation and he had to call India to have them handle the matter. Learned that two weeks prior the property had been taken over by another firm. When they did find the reservation they advised it was for five nights when in fact it was for six. They found a reservation for five nights, i had called back to them and added a sixth night that was booked as a one night reservation. The point is they did not have either of the confirmed reservations. When cleared up they advised we would remain in the flat we had for all 6 nights and then hours later they advised on the last night we had to move out and we were moved to two separate flats. We also learned they have a new rule you have to stay for 7 nights before they will give you cleaning services , so no daily cleaning. it was not a pleasant experience

Unser gebuchtes und bezahltes Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmer war bei Ankunft nicht verfügbar. Uns wurde mit 4 Personen ein Appartement mit Schlafmöglichkeiten für 2 Personen gegeben. Nach Beschwerde gab es ein weiteres Zimmer für 2 Personen den Gang runter. Mit 2 Kindern 11 und 8 J nicht akzeptabel. Das Buchungssystem funktionierte nicht und man wusste auch nicht das wir anreisen. Eine Info vor unserer Reise, das die gebuchte Unterkunft nicht verfügbar ist, gab es leider nicht. Wir sind nicht in dem Hotel geblieben. Die Klärung der Rückerstattung steht nach einer Woche immer noch aus.

Das Buchungssystem funktionierte nicht und man wusste auch nicht das wir anreisen. Eine Info vor unserer Reise, das die gebuchte Unterkunft nicht verfügbar ist, gab es leider nicht. Wir sind nicht in dem Hotel geblieben. Die Klärung der Rückerstattung steht nach einer Woche immer noch aus.

The location was outstanding. The building was clean and quiet. The staff were excellent. The room was great. The only con was they didn't clean the room according to their every other day schedule. Only the first day. Afterwards, not at all for three more days.

Staff great, amenities great, property great and spacious. Cleanliness was no problem at all. Only thing that let it down was the shower water pressure. Other than that; fantastic stay!
