Great location - 2.5 blocks to Great Portland Tube Station. Close to Tesco Express for breakfast. Located on a quiet street and close to pubs and restaurants. Room a little on small side, but that's London. Very clean room. Nice bathroom, hot water. Would stay here again.
Note: if taking the Bakerloo line south, walk to Regent Park Tube Station instead of taking Circle Line to Baker St. Tube Station from Great Portland St. Its faster.

Breakfast was good. It should be even better if there was real juice and salmon. The juice is just sugar and water. Also that you have to pay extra for cappuccino is a little bit greedy. But in general it is a very good hotel.

We arrived a few hours before check-in to drop our bags and the lady that received us was lovely and attentive. Upon coming back we had asked for our bags and were told they’d be brought to the room but after a couple hours of rest no one came up, we dialed reception and they said they didnt know anything and to come down. Unfortunately our bags were just sitting there in the lobby for who knows how long, although I think it was a misunderstanding since there were a few things going on at the time with another guest needing help in a different language and staff was trying to help her. In any case our bags were fine and we had a great stay. The room was always clean and it was close to public transportation making it easy for us to arrive at our desired destinations. We did not opt for the breakfast package but did have a few things from the bar and it was a wonderful experience. Thank you!

Beautiful hotel they couldn't do enough to help. I asked for an extra topper on my bed it was put on before that night.
Room lovely & clean breakfast was lovely, a free breakfast.
All staff where very happy to help, and all smiling, which sometimes today you dont get.
Will definitely stay again.
