La cosa più bella è stato trovare il personale addetto alla colazione informato sui bisogni alimentari di una persona celiaca e l' accogliente e cordiale disponibilità per far sentire benvenuta mia figlia con questa caratteristica: un ringraziamento speciale al Signor Robert e a tutti i suoi collaboratori. È stata letteralmente viziata! C' è anche il tostapane dedicato.
Il letto pieghevole del divano ha un materasso troppo sottile e corto: muovendosi capita di urtare spesso la struttura metallica.

Good location. Tasty breakfast. Very helpful staff, arranged my check in as early as 10 o'clock in the morning. Quick check in and out procedure took only about 5 min. The room is clean and well equiped although a little bit small.

The rooms were a bit small. The cleaning service was just okay. The location was very good however, only several minutes walk away from russell square and 10-20min walk away from the British Museum and China Town/Soho region.
Nevertheless, the concierge service was VERY poor. My family booked a premium room and would like to keep two suitcases in the luggage storage room for just a few weekdays while we went to Cornwall for a short holiday. However, we were deeply disappointed about being rejected, considering we have paid so much to book two rooms for the weekend. We were considerin to book the rooms in the same hotel following our trip to Cornwall, but we decided not to afterwards simply because of the unprofessional service we have experienced.
In conclusion, we thought Hilton service is one of the best in the world. Yet, perhaps it does not apply in this branch.

對我們的態度十分差,面無笑容,口黑面黑.
我訂的是雙人房2間,他們給我的是單人房,房間太細小,猶幸房間整潔,.勉強接受.
一張4x6的單人床,試問如何有舒服可言.

Hotel is under renovation during my stay.
Guestroom, especially bathroom is classic and nice but sound proof is not very well. Location is good. It is near Tube, National and International Rail station. Staff in restaurant are nice and helpful. Others are ok.

廁所細，設計差，沖涼會沖到成地水， 水壓不足。前台服務員態度散漫,訂了三晚，到第三天早上，用剛睡醒的聲音語調打到房間問我們為什麼還不退房。電梯到樓層還要再把行李搬上幾級樓梯才到房間
