We had a room for 3 adults, our 3rd stay at this hotel.
The room is clean,the breakfast was delicious,plenty of choice and fresh,
We had a meal at the restaurant that was really good.
The staff were helpful, kind and we'll be back for sure.

Such a warm welcome into hotel - easy to check in and out, lovely Christmas feel. Rooms were super, clean, good temperature and had Plentg of tea and coffee. We picked up a hot chocolate with marshmallows at reception which was such a lovely touch!

Stayed here for 3 nights on this trip. A very comfortable stay with exceptional service. The air conditioner in the room stopped functioning, but the staff quickly took care of the matter as soon as we reported it and compensated us with many free drink vouchers; the manager got soaked in the process of fixing the air conditioning but continued to apologise to us for the inconvenience. The staff are very welcoming, and the environment is very relaxing. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Exeter.
Special thanks to the hotel manager and one of the hotel staff members for swiftly taking care of the air conditioner issue; despite ending up being wet in the process you both have handled the issue with grace and kindness.

Room and breakfast were ok however staff attitude was far from satisfactory
The staff at the Leonardo hotel were frequently inconsistent and unhelpful. Doubtful about their professionalism and different staff repeating themselves. They were unable to connect a call to my guest over the room phone and relayed inaccurate information across. One staff cited faulty communication equipment thus necessitating an unnecessary journey in a storm.

Very efficient and friendly staff, and a clean, comfortable, well equipped room. The hotel was perfect for an overnight stop between long bus journeys. We ate in the restaurant which was welcoming and offered a very suitable range of dishes. We would happily use this hotel again.
