Too small,

房間太小，wifi不穩定！ 總括一句，我不會有下次！

Bra läge, några minuter promenad från tunnelbanan, typiskt brittiskt hotell, ingen hiss, väldigt litet rum, generellt lite ofräscht, men funkar om man bara ska använda det för att sova

Small room for 3 to share. Was expecting 3 single beds but given a small double and a single. Room near reception so disturbed by noise of front door during the night.

Room was great. Close to everything

Small room, rude staff, sketchy keycard policy where you need to handover your room key to the receptionist whenever you leave the hotel premises

clean basic room perfect for my needs

The hotel is clean but very very basic. Location is premium. There is no lift and my room was on the 4 or 5th floor. Had to carry luggage up and down on my own! Room are small and will only do the job if you are looking to crash for one night. Heating was broken. Blankets were not in made bed - so you have to make your bed really. I’d only come back if like this time I had no choice.

Room was clean, we had nice room at the front with balcony, staff friendly. Beds comfy. Towels were changed everyday, would suggest this should be optional, to save unnecessary cleaning. The reception area was a bit messy, lots of laundry lying about, could just do with a tidy up down there ! Great location lots round about restaurant wise, coffee shops too.

Maybe I just got unlucky with the room that I was in. My room (26) was a small single, small being the most generous use of the word small ever. Fortunately I’m no taller than 5’8” - if you are and end up in this room I guarantee you that you won’t fit.The single bed just about fitted into the room and if I’d had a suitcase it would’ve had to have gone in the shower. There was a small 2 drawer cupboard that I didn’t open but everything that I put on top of it had to be unstuck for me to pick anything up. I just about managed to navigate the 1 pillow bed but it most definitely wasn’t the best night in a hotel that I’ve ever had. The TV didn’t have any programmes available as there wasn’t any signal to serve it. Bizarrely though I had to leave my room card at the reception whenever I left the room. Friendly enough staff but I won’t be returning here.

Close enough to the underground to get where you need, cheap enough if just using for a crash pad to explore from. Few nice breakfast places close by

Our stay at the Notting Hill Gate Hotel was great.The location was excellent.- especially when needing to get to Heathrow during strike action which closed all underground stations. Although we didn't have a window we could look out nor open, we had an A/C unit which kept the room comfortable. The bathroom was newly renovated and the shower was wonderful. They also provided us with fresh towels every day which was unexpected but appreciated. I would definitely stay here again on another visit.

The room was clean, but the shower only had shampoo and body wash sachets, as opposed to a dispenser, the wall mounted fan was clearly on it’s last legs, and the curtains weren’t able to be expanded out far enough to really block out all the light. The lobby has seen better days, and could definitely use updating. Overall I would say this hotel is ok for a night or two, but would look for somewhere with nicer amenities for a longer stay

Lovely neighborhood. Shops nearby. Clean room. Helpful staff. I will definitely come back

It was very good nice clean rooms very friendly and helpful staff. Toilet was bit cramped congested otherwise good.

Found bugs on the pillows when we checked in.
