Clean and tidy room with beautiful view of flight landing at Heathrow

Good, will come again next time

1. Distant from the tube, but accessible to buses 2. WiFi is an open network, a security issue 3. A smell of some spices, which I like but some do not

The property was clean and modern. Service was great. Drinks at the bar were reasonably priced. Close and convenient to where we needed to be.

Hotel is in a residential area with good access to buses and the Tube. Felt safe returning late at night with the family and taking a short walk from HC station. The front desk staff (Monica) were friendly and went above and beyond in accommodating our needs and questions.

Good hotel with a very good staff. Super close to Heathrow airport.

Food is poor. No coffee machine during breakfast. No hot water machine. It was not comfortable because the bed faces the door.

Clean and comfortable room. Hotel is located within close proximity to LHR airport but far enough away to not be too noisy.

We are a regular residents at park Grand and it’s unbeatable for value and location. The hotel outperforms bigger and more expensive hotels .

Easy to acces by public transport. Lunch in the morning is oké.

Property is nice. Food was ok. Cleaner cleaned my room but never made my bed. Beds are really comfy and the showers are good. Breakfast was nice.

Room very good value but staff on entry were extremely rude well one chap in particular. Refused my stay unless I had photo ID. I had paid and had booking confirmation and reference numbers. Also the card I paid for the booking with on me too. After a 6 hour journey he didn’t help whatsoever in sorting out the issue but other people were getting checked in wi to out photo ID next to me. I had to get somebody to send me a picture of my passport photo graph to check in which was obviously extremely difficult as I was 300 miles from home. I have stayed in 100’s of hotels and never once have been asked for photo ID. He then sat down and continued to play on his phone.
